On October 31, 2024, at 9:30 am, I walked into Dunkin’, desperate to use the restroom. My stomach was in agony, and I was dealing with severe pain and an urgent need for relief. Just as I thought I could find a moment of privacy, an employee started banging on the bathroom door with an aggression that felt almost hostile. The pounding was relentless, their tone angry and loud, filling the small space with a sense of panic. I was horrified, left vulnerable in one of the most personal moments possible, stripped of any dignity. When I finally opened the door, trembling, I was met with cruel laughter and judgment from the other customers. I felt utterly humiliated. I left Dunkin’ in tears, overwhelmed by a sense of betrayal, shock, and devastation. How could this be called “customer service”? I’ll never set foot in that Dunkin’ again after this traumatizing experience.

Horrible customer service every single time I go through the drive thru same to have the same guy taking my order, extremely rude no customer service skills, I'm always the only car in the drive thru (now I know why) I asked for a drink that was on the menu he told me to wait a good few minutes...just drove away. ?

It's your usual Dunkin but with a big seating area and lots of parking. They have a drive thru if you prefer to stay in the car.
Parking: You should never have a parking issue here, tons of spots

I went and bought the coffee that comes in the box and they gave me this mess. You think this is fine to give to the client. They even put a lid on it and the box was full of coffee.
