The worst service! The Indian woman at the drive thru is extremely rude and ignorant. I ordered a small ice coffee black with French vanilla. She gave me a hot coffee. I told her I asked for an ice coffee. She yelled at me and rolled her eyes. The boy behind her rolled his eyes as well. I will not be returning and I suggest others avoid this Dunkin location.

This is my husband and I most loved location. We always order 2 Iced coffee w/ vanilla and cream, no sugar. and just only 2 pumps of vanilla. Sometimes 1 hot latte when its cold. The lady at the drive thru is AMAZING. WE LOVE HER! She always makes sure we get the right orders and she is so fast. Whenever she goes on vacation, the line on drive-thru will be crazy. Other staffs are nice too!
Unfortunately, we moved out of states, didn't get a chance to say goodbye to her before leaving.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I live closer to 2 other locations but I go out my way for this one. Biggest reason is their consistency in how they make their coffee! All other locations I’ve been to never make their coffee the same even though I order the exact same one. This location gets it right every time. Food is good and customer service is good and quick.

Do not ever come to this Dunkin. Worst Dunkin i’ve been to in my lifetime. If I could give this negative stars oh it would be -1,000. To keep it honest, they are quite literally slow as hell. Save yourself because even when you think you’ll save time by walking in to order they take just as long or even longer. Horrible customer service each time I come and i’ve been around 7 times. They never give napkins when you order food and EVERYTIME I get a drink it leaks from the straw and the lid and ruins my clothes. It’s so frustrating and this should not be an issue whatsoever. I want to grab a quick coffee and sandwich and go on with my day, not clean up mess after waiting 30 minutes in line. This establishment needs new management and we are hiring signs. I’m so disgusted and will never be back. PITIFUL!

They make my coffee exactly the way I want it :) I wish u were on Shady Grove Road I love the way how everyone make my coffee six cream, six sugar six caramel they actually do exactly what I order And I love it ❤️

they will mess up your order here. food and drinks were very good and sweet but the munchkins were wrong i was really excited for the munchkins to be pumpkin, glazed, and chocolate, but they gave me all blueberry 💔and they gave me the wrong bagel and it was not even warmed it was cold and i ordered inside and got it as soon as they called out the order.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service at this location, but it only takes one employee to ruin the experience. I ordered a coffee and realized I had forgotten to mention no milk just two minutes after arriving at the window. I immediately apologized and asked them to use almond milk instead. However, I didn’t realize that the drink had already been made.
The lady at the window insisted that I pay for the drink I couldn’t take and became rude. After I explained several times that I couldn’t accept it, she told me this would be the last time they could remake my order. She spoke to me as if my request was coming out of her paycheck.
Feeling frustrated, I drove off without a drink. Now, two drinks are wasted, —all because of her unprofessional behavior.
The door and google says they close at 10. Arrived at 9:30. Doors were locked but 2 workers were inside. Why close early every night instead of the time it says.

I got stuffed bagels they had this horrible smell. Along with bad taste in my mouth. didn’t even finish them. Something may be wrong with the machine that heats them up or the product in general. I even tried a month later and hashbrowns this time and it still tasted the same and had the same smell as the bagels. DO NOT buy food from here unless it’s not warmed up. ONLY thing I like from here is the Sweet tea delicious and Donuts yum.

This Dunkin is always short staff and rushing which means they screw up orders ALOT! I just ordered and paid for 6 cinnamon raisin bagels for a work meeting, I get to work and open the bag, it’s 6 PLAIN BAGELS!!! I also ordered a dozen donuts 20 minutes prior to arriving and they still were not ready once I got there. This store is constantly understaffed and unprepared. I’ve given many chances but I won’t be back. Their sandwiches always taste like old burnt metal. It’s like they never clean their toasters etc. Poor food quality and poor service
