I've ordered here now at least a dozen times if not more. I've ordered about a dozen different things on the menu from chicken or beef and broccoli to Szechuan chicken or beef to curry chicken. Food is always great with good portion and the chicken wings are some of the best I've had. They have this delicate crispy flakey batter they're fried in that's really good. Must order wings with every order. Also they have great dumplings! Large and meaty so another item that must be ordered every time. The lady is always nice but she is a jack of all trades to handling orders, cooking, taking phone and online orders so she can be busy at times. This is a carry out place so no seating. This has become my go to Chinese food place, I just wish they had another menu item like subs but even still. Can't go wrong with all they have, good stuff

Ordered delivery this afternoon, and it was the best quality and flavor! Delivery was sooner than expected, and all the food was hot. We got egg roll, pork with ginger and scallion appetizer, orange chicken, crispy beef, combination fried rice, and broccoli in garlic sauce. It was all delicious, but the crispy beef was the best we've had! Crispy, but still contained meat (unlike some restaurants that give you pretty much crisp only). Highly recommend!

Big shout out to Hai Zhou Village for consistently delicious food. My go-to's are Crab Rangoon (very creamy - never over cooked), Egg Rolls, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Shrimp Fried Rice.While the food is excellent, the best part is delivery. Always when they say, well packaged, and the person delivering says thank you to ME, makes eye contact, and gives what I will describe as a generous and kind smile. That makes dinner twice as nice.

I came here for the authentic Chinese food...Cantonese style. The food was good. I guess Germantown has a second location other New Village for Cantonese style foods . The roasted meats (chia soy & roast duck), congee, HK style dumplings & wonton soups, stir fried fish fillets and beef chow fun were tasty. The place is carry out only and a hole in the wall.

1st time trying this place because it got good reviews. Maybe the chef called in sick today. Sesame chicken was tough, chewy, and had the distinct flavor of leftover chicken. I'm pretty sure it was leftover chicken refried. Yuck. Egg foo Yung was dark brown overcooked and bland. Kids did like the Lo Mein but it was overly oily for me.I'll give them a do over in a week or 2 to make sure. IMHO Friday night is one of those days they should be on point.
