I was not read it with the proper respect manager was very disrespectful. Did not know how my eight pancake corn point work did not have any customer service experience. Could not even fill an order did not have any professional manager that was able to assist, placing the order regarding IHOP account they called pinpoint the not that difficult, especially if you’re the company that made the app for everyone to use yet the manager didn’t know nothing about using the app enough to eat pancakes for the coins that I was spending I would never wanna eat there again

The key to this location is to go when they are busy. I've experienced a few inconsistencies here, but if you go when Juan is the manager on duty and you have Maria, the super server, taking care of you, it's a great meal and the staff look happy. Goes to show, good leadership makes for a good restaurant.

My friend and I popped into this location today for lunch. I had the spicy Pablano omelette and a hash brown.The food was good, served quickly and our server was very friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend!

Had a waiter name Jesus, who was really great! I avoided ihop for over year due to a previous experience, but his attentiveness and friendliness made this trip worthwhile!

The night shift is always a mess. They tall guy actually told me “you have to give me a minute”. I gave him NONE. And left.
Worst place ever ! They forgot my sons food and then accused us of lying about it !!! I paid 50$ and tipped over 15 percent on my carry out order to be told I lied about the eggs and cheese missing ? that's laughable. Poor management terrible customer service will never order from here again !

I've been coming to this IHOP for over a decade now. The food has been consistently good, and the decor has improved since when I first started coming, when they did some slight renovations around 6-7 years ago.For the first time recently, instead of usually dining in, I decided to order ahead of time to pick it up. I called, asked to place an order, the person on the phone told me to give them a moment and...no response for about 15 minutes; decided to hang up. This won't affect on whether or not I will still dine in, but for someone who's come to this place only once or a few times, will probably feel deterred in coming back.Overall, this place is a solid 4 out 5.

Delicious, crispy, fresh onion rings and juicy cheeseburger with fresh toppings! Our server, Maria, greeted us with a warm smile and was a delight.While there, we saw several "regulars" come into the restaurant and be greeted like family by the wait staff with hugs and smiles. A nice, comfortable atmosphere and tasty food! Highly recommend this location!

Went to place a to-go order and they told me it was for dine in only.they do that so you can leave a tip. I called corporate and they told me that it's a regular menu item and that i should've been able to get it to-go. I went to the other location 5 miles down the road and had no issues and it was $1.00 cheaper..
