Just a quick shout-out to two team members at the Germantown, MD McD’s on Middlebrook Road where I visited on 12-19 at 17:29. It is always a pleasure to be greeted by a cashier as bright, upbeat and cheerful as KVS who says: Thank you and hands you your change separately from the bills; and doesn’t attempt a bill and coin hand-off juggling act.
