The customer service is pathetic I ordered online I didn’t get my order because the lady was attending the window can’t see the code on my phone , they need to be trained what customer serve is.

I order 4 chicken nuggets and i got 3 in my box this is a disgrace, as a young latino American i find this very offensive, disgusting, disrespectful, this traumatic, and racist experience, i will not be returning EVER period

Came to the drive thru with a mobile order around closing time and employee told me it’s closed right off the bat and told me to pull up after I told her that I already have a mobile order. And then she had grumpy face when she handed me my drink and I apologized for placed the order as I understand it must be annoying to order so late but there was no reason to then give me burnt buns and dried out patty with no sauce on my sandwiches. I didn’t eat the food completely convinced that it wasn’t tampered with any further than the burnt and dry stuff. I’m being generous with one star. Stop the pettiness.

Waited 15 mins for curbside pickup in am. In the meantime, 10 cars lapped me in the drive thru. I wasn't alone. Never again. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Drive thru cars are always waiting like they’re in line for food inside after ordering. You can order 1 sandwich and they’ll tell you to park in space 1 no matter what. This place needs help

I came here two nights ago because I had $5 to my name and was literally starving. The lady assisting me at the window was extremely nice and patient and I thank her for that! My total was 6 something I gave the girl $5 and at least 75 cents.. I wanted to use my card for the rest of the payment, I used the wrong card and it declined I didn't have enough for what I wanted so I asked her to make my medium fry a small... Idk where the confusion arose but the next thing I know a MANAGER came over with the nastiest attitude telling me I could not change my order because they already charged my card and their was an override. I don't know what charge she was referring to because the card declined... but they both left the window for like 5 minutes. Then, the first lady that assisted me came back with only a small fry. I didn't receive my change or anything. I'm not reviewing because I didn't get my money back... I'm reviewing because that MANAGER made me feel like less than a human when I was already embarrassed as hell and starving.. I understand it was getting a little late but damn... I just wanted to get myself something to eat.

They skimp on the quantities at this location. (I took these pictures as soon as I got out of the drive through before having any of it.) I would suggest going elsewhere.
