This Outback was still decorated in the old style (leaning more into the Australian flare than being modern), which was super nostalgic. Food was super good. The wings are amazing and I haven't been able to find many like them. If you grew up eating the Mac & cheese, they did change the recipe sometime recently but the regular (kids) version is still very good (arguably better than the adult side version).Kid-friendliness: They have an awesome kids menu!

If I go to a Steakhouse and order a medium done steak I expect that a Steakhouse knows its job.. I got a burned steak, more than well done. My husband steak was ordered medium too, his steak was rare. We asked for new steaks and they expected us to eat the sides first and wait for the new steaks. So we had to ask if we can get the sides new too. The second steaks came medium but unfortunately the whole dish wasn't good at all. Nobody cared when we told them that the food wasn't good at all. At least we got 10% off the receipt and our waitress Ashley was very willing, but this overall experience was total disappointing and it was the first and last time at Outback.

My wife took me here for my birthday. We've been here before and had decent food, but not this time.My wife ordered the potato soup, which she thought was fair. But other than the bread (always good), that was the best part of our meals.. My Sydney 'Shrooms were over-cooked. We went early (about 5:30 on a Friday evening) because we wanted prime rib medium rare and understand as the evening goes on the rarer cuts won't be available. However, our server checked with the kitchen and said the rarest they had was medium. Really? 30 minutes into the dinner hour?So we changed our minds and ordered the porterhouses. An even bigger mistake. They were so over seasoned they tasted like eating a salt mine. Scraping the seasoning off helped but it was still hard to taste the meat.The New York Strip side was very tough - I had trouble cutting it and my wife couldn't even do that.. The filet side was dry and tasteless (I can see why they season it so heavily). I've eaten a lot of steaks in my life but these were definitely the worst I've ever had.We wanted dessert but after this experience we didn't want to waste any more money. We paid our check and left.The only redeeming value here was our waiter. He was courteous and attentive without being intrusive. But quite frankly that was the only good part of our meal. We will not be returning here.
