Came over for their Wednesday Specials. These folks just reloaded a new team (work force) and I couldn’t be more happily satisfied. Courteous, fast, attentive and overall 5 star service. Store Manager Mr. Frank runs an all star service team. January 17th 2024
I am a frequent customer at the Germantown, MD Outback location.I enjoy the grilled chicken salad, French onion soup, and clam chowder soup. The customer service of Ms. Cheyenne and her team is awesome.

This Outback was still decorated in the old style (leaning more into the Australian flare than being modern), which was super nostalgic. Food was super good. The wings are amazing and I haven't been able to find many like them. If you grew up eating the Mac & cheese, they did change the recipe sometime recently but the regular (kids) version is still very good (arguably better than the adult side version).Kid-friendliness: They have an awesome kids menu!
