Used to be best pizza I ever had. Someone decided to start saturating the pizzas in oil. Pizza bottom is now always wet with oil in the middle. Same as sandwich bread. Soggy. What happened?

Our family was visiting the area and after a long day of site seeing we decided to order pizza to our room. 1st night we ordered a large supreme, small margarita pizza, med buffalo wings. Everything was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. Our family enjoyed it so much we ordered again from here. This time we added chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and opted for a large margarita pizza and more wings.. The people who took our order were very friendly, delivery was fast. We will definitely order from here on our next visit.

They don't honor their coupons. We ordered 2 pizzas online trying to use the BOGO special. Did everything right but couldn't get the total to reflect the free pizza. Called the store and even though the BOGO was right there on the order and it should have worked, the manager said they don't honor it. Offered us 15 percent off. Bait and switch. Keep it.

I have been a customer of Paisanos for a long time. I like the food, and have only had a couple of problems over the years. Today, I made an online order for a large pizza with 3 toppings, on the 3TDW deal. I was also supposed to get 6 zeppoles. Between the deal and a $5 reward I had, it was an excellent price.What I received was a plain, cheese pizza. No toppings, no zeppoles.I called the restaurant, and was told repeatedly "That's what you ordered." It was not what I ordered.Received a call from the owner. He apologized, and will refund my $$. I am happy, because I will now order from them again. They have good food.
