I was sitting in the parking lot over by Papa John’s, and my car would not start with my one month year-old baby, screaming with colic. I was crying in tears all upset long story short a guy came out of Papa John’s the name I believe was Reggie, by germentown I believe and he stopped his car and asked me if I was all right as you could see I wasn’t the man left because he had to take care of his job first he said, and then if I still needed help that he would be more than welcome to help me did I believe it? No, of course not lol and behold he came back. He waited with me after his shift ended, sunday with me, as well as went and got formula for my son, because I didn’t have enough cash Iwith me I started to to cry to realize there are still good people out there that don’t work for nothing. I offered him money or something and he didn’t want nothing at all. He just wanted me to get the baby inside into a warm place .. he waited till it started my car for that I will forever be forever grateful and I will always come back to this Papa John’s because of Reggie.

Yesterday, 12/26/2023, at 3 PM, I went to pick up my pizza when I arrived. I saw my pizza box was opened up and unsealed. The pizza was cold, so I had to reheat at home. The employees at this location are lazy to take an extra minute to properly close it and seal it.

Sketchy ordering for a large pizza to be delivered to the hotel. Way easier in??
The employees here remember their repeat customers. I've seen it happen multiple times while waiting and it speaks to their character.

I may have to change my spot. Papa Johns used to be my go to. Lately, they have barely put any toppings on the pizza, maybe a mushroom on every slice and a few pepperonis here and there. Taking suggestions for any other pizza place in the area.

Food was fine, but the delivery driver actually had the audacity to complain about us tipping (15+%) on our credit card rather than cash. He said he doesn't get the money right away and he doesn't get the whole amount either (because of taxes, I assume.) Absolutely unacceptable to say something like that to a customer who still tipped, just not in the manner that HE preferred. He told us he had said the same thing to the previous customer, as well. Unbelievable.

Well here it is, I had to bring back my delivery that they made wrong and then it took them about 30 mins to remake, which they lost again. Smh... I love Papa Johns but Dam act like you care. I stood in there and was barely giving any type of courtesy since i brought my own pizza back. People were avoiding me like I did something. Freaking correct the problem and give me a pizza! I think the delivery driver took the initiative and got my pizza re ordered. Thanks to whoever the manager was, they never introduced themselves or cared to. OH, they found my pizza in the wrong marked box for delivery. Is there anybody in charge? That was just my experience here.
Scary history...I called to order pizza and wings to pick up in store yesterday 08/04/2023.According to my phone i called 4:27pm, stop in the store at 4:47pm.No body attending, everybody working in the kitchen area.After few minutes somebody checked and told me to wait 8 minutes. Every time I checked the order, same answer, wait 8 minutes.Several follow-ups later ... shorter historyI step out at 5:37pm 1 hour 10 minutes after my order; when the operator told me to pick up the order in 15 minutes.Because i was late, i did not check the order, my bad.. my error. With them you must check before left the store and be prepare to wait another hour the new pizza.In home we noticed that the pizza was not the ordered one. They gave me anything to get rid of me.End of history,Papa John Germantown = bad service and hungry family.
Just go somewhere else. Thank me later.
