About Papa John's

Papa John's Pizza is a local restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have reported issues with food quality and service, others have had positive experiences. One customer noted a helpful employee who went above and beyond to assist them in a difficult situation, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Many customers have praised the restaurant for its fast delivery and fresh, great-tasting pizza, particularly late in the evening. They appreciate the affordable prices, especially during promotions like the 50% off during football and basketball seasons. However, some have mentioned that pizzas sometimes lack sufficient toppings, and there have been instances where orders were made incorrectly, leading to delays in service.

Despite these challenges, Papa John's has a loyal customer base. One family has been frequenting the Germantown location for over five years, enjoying the timely preparation of delicious food. Their son loves the Papa John's pizza with Alfredo sauce and would not choose any other place. The manager's professionalism and the constant running promotions add to the positive dining experience at this restaurant.
