Potbelly is a restaurant offering delicious food and friendly service. Customers find the food delicious and fresh, with amazing service. The meatball sandwich was good, and the clubbies are usually OK. However, tables sometimes need cleaning, and sandwiches can be poorly made, not cut all the way, or lacking filling. The chicken salad can be watery, making the bread soggy. The online order experience was positive, with employees being kind, and the store being clean. A large office order of 71 boxed sandwiches was perfect, with great food and good online ordering. The Manager Terry did an outstanding job to ensure quality food and customer service.
