This is the fountain soda machine and this is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. How can you guarantee me that when I get ice that he mold won't fall off into my cup. That needs to cleaned or they need a new machine set up because that is disgusting i will not be eating from there again.
We all know that Quickfire portions are huge. I go in to purchase two Hibachi Meals and one sushi roll for two adults and 1 child. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi and asked for the shrimp to be served on side, as we avoid ingestion of shrimp by daughter due to sensitivities. I was sharing my chicken and rice with her. They refused to put the shrimp on the side stating they serve it in one container. I asked about food allergies and they said they won’t accommodate....read full review
Your owners need to come into the modern age and accept American Express and stop being cheap! Your losing money and customers with only accepting Visa/MasterCard.
