I had a bad experience with the 2 ladies employees there tonight at Subway on Mateny Drive, Germantown, MD. I was in the store placed my order and finally made it home, settled down for bed, open my sandwich and it was someone else’s sandwich! A sandwich that I don’t eat. I had to get dress again and drive back to Subway. Explain to the employee and Manager they gave me the wrong order, even showed them my receipt. They fixed a new sandwich but couldn’t give me a refund. I told them for their mistake you can at least give me a free bag of chips, the manager told me she’s not obligated to do that and didn’t. I then told her it was your mistake and I paid over $14.00 for this sub + wasted my time and gas to come back over here. I was pissed and told her I would right this review! She should have made the customer happy (me) and given me a free $2.00 bag of chips, that’s the least she could have done!

My husband placed an online order thru his app and part of the order contained a box of 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies. Unfortunately, U happened to get a cookie with a strand of hair baked into it. It’s not my husband’s as he is bald. It’s not mine as I hip length red hair & it doesn’t belong to either of our kids as they have blonde hair. Plus, this hair was found when I took a bit and cookie was still attached to it, even as I took the cookie out of my mouth.
This is absolutely disgusting and I have completely lost my appetite and now 2 young kids are upset that they can’t eat their cookies.

Check your sandwich when you order online at this Subway, my daughter was charged for avocado and didn’t come with it, and the workers were so rude and pretended to say that I was wrong when I had it in front of me!!!

Tried to use Subway coupon, however, the person inside told me that I could only get couple of cold cut subs. It had a paper print out glued on the glass with "specials for coupon", lol!That info is not specified on coupon, and it did get honored in another Subway store down the street!!!! So what's the point of Subway sending out coupons if you do not honor them? Just say we don't honor them and that would be it!!! I think it's just very poor customer service and cheap way to save money! Not going there ever again!
My go to spot in the morning ☀️ when I'm craving my tuna sub .... This is the only location I'll go too...

This is not the subway that you want to go to. I went into the subway and I was immediately greeted by the smell of dead mice. I asked the person working behind the counter what was that smell. She stated that it was mice but they were out back. The smell was so strong inside the store I don't even believe that for one minute. You need to stay away from thisfrom this Subway restaurant until they fix whatever rodent problem they have and smell problem they have.
Correct me if I'm wrong.. but arent you required to wear some sort of headgear (hat, net) if you have LONG hair? WHOEVER manages this location needs to remind their staff that headgear is NOT OPTIONAL when your prepping FOOD! NASTY
