Food: in love with tlj and a loyal fan !!! their pastries are made fresh daily and I have loved every single pastry I tried from there. My favorite is the cranberry cream cheese bread by far. If you check in on Yelp, you also get a free large drink, so worth it! Service: staff is helpful and always ready to help customers find what they need. Ambiance: located in new grand supermarket.

This place is WOW!Amazing pastries and cakes. I tried the Tiramasu latte and it was so good. Very happy to find this gem but it’s gonna be dangerous for the diet. ??. Highly recommend.

nice bakery inside the new Grand mart. I wished I can say the same about the smell on that grocery though. I'm looking forward for the new location that will open at Rio.

First time visiting this location, didn't know it was inside a Grand Mart. Staff was friendly, presentation of the baked goods was very organized and aesthetically pleasing. The lavender honey latte was very smooth, whereas the ube latte was a bit too milky.

Great addition to Germantown! It is inside of the New Grandmart grocery store, where the food court area is. The pastries and coffee are very good. There is a nice seating area. They do run low on pastries towards the evening, so I recommend going earlier in the day. It is a little smaller than other locations in the DMV, but they still have a great selection of food. My favorites so far are the mango croissants, kimchi and curry croquetas and orange cake.

Love the almond croissants here! And service is very nice and plenty of room to sit. Cakes are also nice and fluffy. Hidden in the New Grand Mart grocery store

This is a South Korean bakery that I've been extremely excited about. I believe this is the first location in Maryland and it's located inside the New Grand Mart. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Inside, you'll find the bakery right next to the check out on the left side of the store. They have so many options, everything is displayed with labels and easy to access. The desserts and baked goods taste extremely fresh. Their drinks are made quickly, I got the ube latte but it just tasted like taro. Their service is quick and the staff are happy to answer any questions that you have. I had a great experience here and can't wait to come back.

For me, this is between 3.5 to 4 stars. I usually love going to TLJ and was initially very excited when I heard there was a location coming to Germantown. However, I was a bit disappointed when I saw the difference in prices between this location and other TLJ locations around Maryland/Virginia (ex: around $1-2 more per bun) and how often their basic menu items were sold out earlier in the day with less frequent restocking. On a positive note, the staff who work there are very nice and helpful. I realize this is a smaller location and there is a convenience factor, but I'm probably going to stick with other bakeries in the area for now.
