Pho and hu tieu are good here. Can't beat the location in Germantown... when I'm here for work it's so close by. Also you can stop by Tous Les Jours next door for dessert
The pho is tasty and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, I had takeout because I was in a rush, but I returned a week later and it was just as good in house as my take out experience. Great food, you just have to try it.

The Vietnamese soup is delicious, I'm glad they changed the waiters now they are Latino and they are friendly, what I didn't like was the bathroom, I didn't have a place to change my baby but hey, that's another point.
