We come here often as a family, and we love it! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They have awesome events and live music. My husband and I even came one night after a date dinner, and they made us a delicious milkshake and sundae within an hour of closing and no one else there. Prigel is our go-to ice cream place!
Delicious.
UNSANITARY. Any farm that’s pushing the sale for human consumption of raw milk is not focused on the safety of individuals.
The best ice cream 🍦 place ever so my favorite flavor is chocolate. Mint and vanilla ice cream and the dairy cows 🐄 are so lovely when they make ice cream 🍦
Superb quality products, but their customer service is terrible. Specifically they never answer the main line so you can never get any information whether they are stocked in a product. And you can’t leave a voicemail. When you are driving 2 hours out of state, this is crucial to know the supply. Please be more accommodating to your consumers who want to support you out of state!

Went to make your own ice cream session. Mandy was great and we got to go into the production room, watch sweet cream pulse out of cool machines and then we got to add all the toppings we wanted. Not sure I’ve ever seen so many happy people.
Kid-friendliness: Is the pope catholic? It’s an ice cream shop!

Great ice cream but pricing is a little on the crazy side. $13 per quart and $9 per pint. Yikes.

Brownie broke both of our spoons from how stale it was.
First time in months the brownie was actually available though.
EDIT: The stale 3/4ths portion was edible, but the other side was as hard as a brick and hurt our teeth! The store is constantly under-stocked, so there was no chance at a replacement, and we don't need the few dollars back really :) Maybe you should invest in metal spoons if you plan to serve rocks to your customers! Maybe a pickaxe? Would just like an edible product. Thanks a ton! Glad to know your customer service is great too!

Tried the peanut butter cheesecake milkshake. My family and I agreed it was the best milkshake we’d ever had.

Great ice cream...on the annual MD ice cream trail. Certainly one of the best on the trail. Just note, closed on Sundays.
