Chaps Pit Beef Glen Burnie Reviews
I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down one of if not the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant!!! I have had the original Chaps many times and this place ruins their name. Ordered 3 pit beef sandwiches and a large fry. Man behind the counter says this is ridiculous, I'm not making that. It was just over an hr till they closed. Took almost 30 min to get my food. Do not get the grilled chicken sandwich. it consists of black burnt chicken pieces on a roll that are hard and disgusting. i have a great picture but of couse they dont allow it. that tells you their hiding how bad their food quality is.
The past three times I bought food from this location I was not impressed. The chicken and sausage were very dry and tough. Almost like they were leftovers. I'll stick with the Baltimore location.

Chaps Pit Beef Glen Burnie offers a variety of classic American fare, with their pit beef as the star of the menu. Customers praise the tender, meaty spare ribs and the delicious sides like stewed tomato and onion, and mac and cheese. The staff is friendly, and the food is served hot, though some have noted longer wait times. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible.
While some reviews mention concerns about the oil used, the overall experience is described as good. Customers enjoy the generous portions of high-quality pit beef and ham, with one reviewer noting that the meat is not skimped on. The staff is helpful, and the restaurant offers a variety of condiments for customizing the sandwiches. However, some customers have experienced issues with the temperature and quality of the fries and sandwiches, with complaints of cold, soggy, and unseasoned fries, as well as cold sandwiches with unmelted cheese.
