“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“I cannot find a Popeye's that has their act together. I ordered through the app. I pulled up to the window. I was passed an order that was not mine. I had told the guy my name at the box. He watched me pull up to window. He asked for the name again. He handed me an order with Shirley on the ticket. I gave it back to him and he couldn't understand why.

Next came my bag. Correct name. Apple pie, fries but no entre. I was trying the new chicken dippers. Still clueless.

Eventually it required a third person to discover my order hadn't been completed. As if no one was expediting.

My receipt was passed back twice to complete. Soda missing. Madi gras mustard...

But I was hungry“

“Reason why I gave them for stars because it seems like everytime I order from them I'm missing food on my bag so I have to go back in and get the food that I'm missing other than that the food is hot good and fast

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but

“It's Chick-fil-A.. what more can really be said? (IYKYK) Chick fila is THE ONLY fat food drive through food establishment that I frequent. once you have the chick fila drive through expierence, interacting with their wonderfully mannered, thoughtful, and polite staff who always are wearing an infectious smile ? I will not go to another Mcds or BK ever again. I would rather leave the drive through with a smile rather them insulted, ticked off, with the wrong or incomplete order. and always that thought in your mind, if they are that rude to your face.. imagine how they handled my food?
I've never had a bad experience at chick fila, the only problem is when we use drive through to take home with us and the food runs out! My kids get pumped whenever chick filas mentioned! and the toys that come in the happy meals are always really cool and well thought.

Parking: Chick-A-fila is ALWAYS packed and busy, the wait times for good are never long, but it can be difficult to navigate the parking lots and find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly. kids play area. they also have an employee who walks around handing out free ice cream cones to all the kids that are dining in. I have also seen them handing out ice cream cones to kids waiting in the drive though lines.

Wheelchair accessibility: ramp and seating bathroom accessible“

“This is now my favorite go to! I ordered via door dash and tried to leave a review. I ordered a cheesesteak and fried chicken. Lip smacking good to the very last bite. I highly recommend Krispy krunchy chicken. 10's across the board!“

“Very busy place but they handle it very well I'm recently Handycap & Disabled. Now even when its very busy they have no problem with bringing my order out to me.
As far as the food it's absolutely delicious fabulous & you get a very good size portion and you definitely get your money's worth“

“The whole chicken meal was more then enough to feed a family of 4. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and couldnt have been juicier. All of the sides were amazing. The service was excellent as well. We couldnt say more about this place. We will definitely be back.

Kid-friendliness: Our kiddos could not get enough of the brussels and carrots (they hate veggies) and the mac and cheese. The chicken was a slam dunk for them too.“
