The worst place to bring your kids and family ! A fight was going on for over 30 minutes which eventually led to having to hide under tables for safety issues , guns , and throwing stuff . It was a nightmare ! Do not bring your kids here /this location! Management did absolutely nothing ! We were literally running out of the place for safety and to save our lives .
What ever happened to someone being up front checking stamps on hands before you leave!! You could come and go as you pleased
It was clean! Had an employee helping on the floor if there was a machine issue (we only had one). All employees were friendly and helpful.

Chuck E. Cheese is a popular place for families, offering a fun and clean environment with good pizza and operational games. The staff does a good job with parties and parents, but may be understaffed at times. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible for entering and seating, but the game setup and drink/salad bar station may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Parking is free and flat, but requires crossing the entrance to the shopping plaza, which can be dangerous at times. Recently, the staff has been praised for their professionalism, kindness, and effort to provide excellent service, even during busy times. While some machines may not work, overall guests enjoy their visits, especially kids having fun with the games and trampoline section. The new games and table arrangement are appreciated, and the restrooms are very clean. The restaurant continues to be a great place for kids and adults alike, with friendly employees who help ensure a positive experience. The place is well maintained, and the staff is accommodating and nice, making it a good spot for a visit. Some guests feel the location is smaller and more compact than other Chuck E. Cheese locations, with fewer game options now. Food portion sizes are considered small for the price, and some think the presentation could be better with smaller baskets instead of large plates to make the portions look more substantial. Nonetheless, the food tastes good, and the salad bar offers good value for all-you-can-eat at $11.99. The staff seemed short-staffed during one visit, and the enthusiasm of employees appeared limited at times. Despite that, the overall experience remains positive, especially with kids enjoying the games and trampoline. Some machines may be broken, and staff might be distracted, but the environment is generally suitable for families seeking fun.
