The manager had horrible customer service skills and sits at the bar drinking while she is supposedly on duty as the manager. Food was served cold with no regard even after being told it was cold.
I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday and was absolutely disgusted to find two cockroaches wedged between the lemon slices served with our drinks. I immediately and politely let our server know, who was kind and professional. She got the manager (I believe her name was Michelle or Lachelle), and that’s where things went downhill fast.
