“I went through the drive through a few times this past week for the iced cocoa mocha latte. Omg!!!!! It's so good I had to cut myself off after 3 or 4 in one week. That's how good they are and I'm not a huge coffee drinker. I recommend trying this drink if you iced mocha lattes. It won't disappoint“
“I visit this Dunkin’ almost every day and usually don’t have issues, but recently I’ve had repeated experiences that leave a lot to be desired. Today, I placed an online order for coffee, munchkins, and bagel bites. When I arrived, I noticed (for at least the third time now) that my coffee didn’t have whipped cream as ordered. I politely asked for it to be added, but the woman at the counter barely acknowledged me—it felt like she heard me but chose not to respond.
Then, as I was leaving, I realized my munchkins were missing. When I asked about them, I was told they were out of stock. Instead of proactively letting me know or suggesting alternatives earlier, I had to bring it up myself. They offered me a substitution from the donuts available, but there were only three options, none of which I wanted. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to request it myself through the app since it was an online order.
As someone who works in the fast food industry—I’m an operations manager overseeing 81 restaurants—I understand how challenging it can be behind the counter. However, basic customer service like acknowledging guests, smiling, and being helpful goes a long way. I don’t have an issue with processing the refund through the app, but I do have an issue with how it was communicated. There was no guidance for a guest who might not be tech-savvy, just a dismissive “you have to do it yourself.”
Order accuracy is also critical, and consistently forgetting something as simple as whipped cream diminishes the experience. This location would really benefit from reinforcing customer service skills with the team and ensuring order accuracy, especially for regular customers who come in nearly every day. I wanted to be fair and not harm the business by giving 1 star, but look at this review as a teaching opportunity to your employees to do better or an opportunity for your management team to train your staff.“
“I love this DD. I go out of my way to come here. I used to go to the one on Ritchie hwy. They are so smart. Especially the "Man" there. So I go outta my way to come here. They are always Soo nice. Especially the one lady. She gives us free donuts. This is the best DD and my go to“
“Stopped by here during a layover. Highly recommend on-the-go ordering, it saved me from having to wait in line. Lost one star because this location doesnt allow the use of gift cards in the dunkin app. Thankfully I had my debit card attached too so it didnt require me to take time to add a different payment method. We got a caramel macchiato and a large iced coffee. Both drinks came out perfect.“
“One of the cheapest places to get the food near boarding gates. I recommend wake up wrap sandwich. You can choose your own protein. I choose turkey, egg, and cheese - it was 3 usd. I believe that if you buy pricier burger or sandwich, it will have exactly the same amount ingredient and that the difference will only be the amount of bread. Wrap is more for people who prefer to keep fit :).
The line can be quite long though.
I am giving 4* because they are using double paper packaging, which I consider as waste. 🤷🏻♀️“
“I don't like that they discontinued the French Cruller or that the Blasts went up by almost a whole $1, but they are still better than Starbucks in my opinion!
Parking: The parking is on three sides of the building. About 10 spaces per side.“
