It’s a rainy day and a customer was walking in and slipped. Once she got up she asked the employee to put a caution sign by the front door so people don’t fall like she just did. In all honesty the lady didn’t seem to care. There is no rug or anything to prevent a slip and fall. I rated this on no common courtesy to their customer. If I were here I would have lodged the complaint with management to Al least make sure a sign or something was put up and walked back out and gone to different establishment. I witnessed a honest fall and no one cared.

I don't like the New location from where it used to be~ It's smaller. & they have like 20 foreign women working & it took 20 minutes to make a cappuccino at noon when it wasn't busy. She just moved like she was 90 yrs.

It's very difficult to understand the ladies in the drive-thru. They had difficulty understanding what I ordered, and when I got to the windows and asked, they needed up smirking and not really caring. Disappointed
Food here is amazing. But the lady can barely understand English and it was very hard to communicate with her. But it was pretty good overall.

They made my food wrong 3 time in a row and the lady who was making the food had an attitude about remaking the food even though the cashier told her how to make it correctly each time, I'm vegetarian and they put meat on my food each time
