Terrible experience. Asked if I could get a drink that wasn’t on the menu. After telling me they don’t have it he finally found it on the register so he can ring me up. Since he didn’t know how to make it he said he would not sell it to me after asking his coworker and her saying no. They refused to sell me anything. I asked for a manager and they told me the manager only comes in the morning and they only call him for emergencies. Not very kind people and bad service.

I went through the drive through a few times this past week for the iced cocoa mocha latte. Omg!!!!! It's so good I had to cut myself off after 3 or 4 in one week. That's how good they are and I'm not a huge coffee drinker. I recommend trying this drink if you iced mocha lattes. It won't disappoint. ***REVISED REVIEW*** I have went through the drive through a few times this past month and everytime I drive away with my coffee it's messed up. All I ever order is a medium iced cocoa mocha latte. One time my drink was so bitter I had to add sugar at home. Next time there was absolutely zero mocha in it. It was just a regular iced coffee. Today I was given a caramel iced coffee. But I ordered a mocha frappuccino. Need less to say today was my last visit to this dunkin donuts. Very disappointed.

Ordered an Original Cappucino Blast and asked for no cinnamon. She repeated order as Caramel with cinnamon so I corrected her , Original not caramel and no cinnamon. Brings my order and entire cup is caramel coated and a load of cinnamon on top. I said the order was wrong I wanted an ORIGINAL with NO Cinnamon. She scrapes whipped cream off and says here. I said no it is supposed to be original. At this point she pours it in a new cup and says no cinnamon and no caramel now. I said it is still not an original cappucino blast. She tells the kid standing there to "Remake an Original Blast" .

We had the worst experience here, we had a coupon if you buy something you get a free medium drink. The guy didn’t know what he was doing couldn’t even speak English denied our coupon and charged us for an extra donut. It was my husband’s birthday and it was a very unpleasant experience. I will never go to this Dunkin again!!!! There was also no manager there to even help!!! This place needs all new workers and a manager on duty!!

Forgot items in my mobile order then gave me attitude when I drove back to retrieve the missing food items. Did not attempt to rectify or even apologize for the error. Terrible customer service
Took 15 minutes to make milk shakes that were mostly milk. Can’t taste the flavor I ordered (order mint chocolate chip and all I taste is milk). Girl was too busy talking on her phone then to properly serve us. Gentleman who took our order had to be told 3 times of each item we wanted.
