Ordered hashbrowns. Didn’t accept card, only cash. Looks like they are fried under heavy used oil. It smells nasty. Throwed in trash. Smells so bad from the heavily used oil

Early morning flight ran through Dunkin to get a snack and a drink got the ham and cheese croissant rolls a doughnut and a peppermint mocha. service was fast, food was hot, and the employees were the friendliest faces in the whole airport! not only were they cheerful, but I also forgot my order and when I ran back to grab it one of the employees, Ivan, was walking towards me to hand me the bag! A++ for going above and beyond, thank you for all your hard work! Kiki and Ivan you are what customer service is all about! thank you for making a frustrating layover so much better!

Line was dead so moved fast. They might be slow if busy. But good food fair price got a whole meal for $10 no drink. Prices not much more than a dunkin in a city

Had a horrible experience at this location.
Young lady at front desk had a horrible attitude! The older lady came from around back as I was about to order and communicated that the toaster wasn’t working and there is not food.

The young lady at the cash register said “perfect”
That comment was unnecessary and rude! Why would you say that in front of a customer her entire demeanor was rude and unwelcoming!

Food took 30 minutes but was cold and the cheese on my croissant sandwich had paper on it (the kind that goes between slices of cheese in a pack).

Worker gave me wrong meal twice and when giving what was supposed to be my right meal the bagel was burnt to crisp and hash browns looked like they had been smashed in someone’s hands. When I took the meal back and showed employees I said I wouldn’t wait for another meal. My food the second time was intentionally made wrong and destroyed. The cook was very confrontational and rude. I know there isn’t many options at the airport.

Popped by during a layover around 10am. They were out of coffee, croissants, milk, and a few other things. Basically all they had were the donuts. Poor management and experience.

Got a wrong order and they promptly refunded and gave me a complimentary coffee. Everyone was super polite and friendly as well as expedient given the number of customers. Restored my faith in humanity. All immigrants BTW! Thank you!

Rude and ignorant walked up to the counter the one ☝🏾 on her phone blurts out “WE AIN’T GOT NO FOOD” I’m looking at donuts but I only wanted a coffee ,told her my order and asked her what she meant she said she was talking about hot food 🤷🏻‍♂️

Worst dunkin ever. The staff is sooo slow. There's no sense of purpose. Everyone seems to be working at half speed. I spent 20 min in line and another 15 min waiting for my food. Thank God I got to the airport early!

Completely out of food. The staff were absolutely RUDE and they got my coffee wrong, and because of their attitudes, wasn't even worth trying to argue. Replace with Starbucks. 🤷‍♀️
