Unnecessary long waiting time. No proper hygienic.
I ordered avocado toast with meat, the toast wasn’t edible i barely could break it with my hand and the meat was so cold, I gave it back and left without a new one.

Lots of "we're out of that", allegedly cash only-that doesn't go into the register. 20+ minutes for any orders to come out. Crazy how BWI & Dunkin allows this.

I don’t understand why the only form of payment they took today was cash. I stood in a long line, only for me to get to my turn and was told only cash and they can’t do hot latte. I don’t think that makes sense. Please do better

This place is awful stay away. I fly out of BWI every couple of weeks and the store is always dirty and the service is usually terrible. This last time there was a handwritten paper saying" on break be back in 20 minutes"; I sat down and waited for the guy to come back; about 30 minutes later he arrived. There was customer standing there waiting while he took the time to sweep the floor and take the trash out. Most customers left. I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and went To order, after standing there for a minute or so I said, "are you still open"? He barked at me" I'm on break". A reference the sign and that I have been waiting for about 40 minutes and he proceeded to tell me 1 million reasons why that wasn't a break and why he's on break now. He offered to help me but at that point I decided it was best to walk away. Maybe the dude is having an off day, but it was extremely inappropriate to Ignore and talk to customers that way.

Two girls working on dec 4 at 5pm were terrible . Very Rude staff no customer service . What an ugly welcome back to Baltimore
I don't know if the intent was racism and discrimination because of my beard and my appearance.
(One of the employees at Dunkin Donuts tells me that my people are making her day difficult.) I was quick and smooth in ordering my drink Even though I was so kind that she went too far with the words for no reason.

They don’t accept mobile order or pay. The excuse, the scan gun isn’t working and he doesn’t know how to fix it. Do better.

Firstly, it’s extremely busy spot. Even during the morning time they ran out cappuccino and lattes. Had ordered Hash brown and they weren’t even warm (forget about been fresh). So many items displayed on the menu but they are out of most of the items. Probably not a great place to have morning coffee. The place serves coffee of their choice and not what customers need.

The employee that opened, with pink hair, this morning was appalling. She was so rude and didn’t even open on time. I have worked customer service, I know how stressful it can be. But she was just extremely rude and when someone else asked when they opened (which it was five minutes past when they were supposed to) she snapped at her and then was angrily mumbling under her breath.
Edit: we didn’t actually get our order until 5:40
