Dunkin'

First, I waited a while to get employees attention. I ordered a dozen donut holes and they shorted me, on top of that they gave me the wrong type. Go somewhere else

Stood out front with all the lights on everything open no sign for 15 minutes and then try to get the attention of somebody who may have been in back and it was abruptly shouted to that They are on break until 715. It is currently 630. Another couple with a kid walked by saying they were by 20 minutes ago and now can’t get a donut for their little guy who was very upset by this.

Took them 30 mins to make a turkey sausage and egg sandwich.

They would not exchange my cup of coffee that they added too much sugar in. Poor customer service!!! I mean really what does it cost. I’ll spread the word and never get your coffee again!😡

Was just told that the store was closed. Cashier had me stand there for 10 mins before she even said anything, while talking to one of her friends..like wth.. this store is 24 hours. She then stated that she has a lot to do so she can't take any orders.

First time having Dunkin in 12 years. Can't even get waited on by these women.

Google says this Dunkin is open 24 hours... but apparently not 24 hours in a row as they are currently closed right now. ?

Arrived at Dunkin at 4:30am and after waiting several minutes for someone to come out we were told they are closed until 5am and thats IF the morning crew shows up. Whoever it was, was incredibly rude. Sitting here still and I dont think she has helped over 100 guests who have tried to order. We took our money elsewhere.

This store is never open they have a will return sign out with a time on it that makes no sense of the time of daySo i find myself going elsewhere all the time in Baltimore D gates

Great Supervisor Desiree, she is hard working, always cleaning up, making food, assisting with everything. She is efficient and has great customer service. She makes you feel welcome. Honorable mention for Ashley, she is great as well!

I don't know if it's the location but a couple of the employees act like they hate working there. My order wasn't filled when I didn't get requested donuts and coffee was lukewarm.
