Amazing food as always

Unfortunately this will be the last time we visit. From the moment we stepped in the door to sitting down the service was awful. Sat and waited for 20 min to even see the waiter to order a drink. Then that took 15 min for the drinks to come back to a bar that was empty. There was not a large crowd We were rhe third table in the fron room. The 2 tables behind us were finishing. Tried to give a bear that was not asked for because they did not have budwiser.. I then having to get my own glass from tha bar after asking for one for my beer. The service was subpar. I had to ask for chopsticks I had to ask for napkins. I had to ask for sushi menu. Nothing was asked about or just brought:ie water. The waiter would dissappear long lenghts of time when you ordered a drink. Food was good but the experience was not. The habachi entertainment was not there nothing no huge flames or tossing of eggs into hat. The entertainment was gone. I dont think i will return to this restaurant. There are so many more that are looking for your business. This has lost mine. Very disappointing.

I found safe haven in Sakura today. I locked my keys in my car while shopping with my two young children. It was hectic and my phone died. The employees provided their cell phone chargers for me, made me feel comfortable and reassured me my children were safe. I would say the staff went above and beyond. The young man servicing me was very friendly, calm and attentive. The chef did an excellent job on the food. 10/10

Gabe Gabriel was great. One of the best experiences we ever had we never had to look for him never had to wait for a drink to be refilled or anything great job thank you so much.

Didn't even make it past calling the host to make a reservation...
I could tell by the tone of the host they were overwhelmed. Based on that kind of distorted attitude I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

My chicken teriyaki wasn't very good. The rice wasn't fully cooked. There were pieces that were still crunchy. The chicken was very overcooked and dry. We come here a couple times a year and I've never had a problem before. I hope it was just a one time off.

Sakuras is the BEST I have tried others and no one compares. YUMMMMM we always leave full and have leftovers. It's delicious.
