I visit this location 5 days a week and more often than not my coffee is just OK BUT on 12/24 there was a young man working at 6:40am alone. He said he was by himself for 20 more minutes. The service was no slower than usual and my coffee was one of the best I've had from there. Kudos to this young man- I wish I'd gotten his name.

We used the drive through, which is awkward to get to. customer service was very good. we ordered venti hot chocolates and pumpkin bread. The cups we only 3/4 full and the pumpkin bread continues to go downhill. Not as good of flavor and not fresh. I didn't want it heated. they heated it anyway, probably because it wasn't fresh. Disappointed in the quality, I expect more from Starbucks.

This location is one of 2 in the area that makes the best drinks. The staff is super friendly. My go to drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it’s usually made correctly.

Recently though, I ordered this drink and it was super white - way too much cream. I asked the barista if I could get some more cold brew but was told No. They were not willing to remake the drink correctly. It was super sweet and had much more cream than cold brew coffee. Disappointing.
