Service was fine, food wasn’t very good. They advertise 1 pound of wings for $18, beware, this came with 3 drums and 3 flats… rip off in my opinion. Typically 8-10 wings makes a pound. The bartender said it’s a pound with the celery included?! Maryland crab soup was bland. Not a terrible experience but not excited to go back.

Call ahead to make sure they are open - walked all the way to Terminal D only to find out they weren’t serving food.

We stopped by before our overnight flight to Iceland after looking at the menus of the closer options. Our server, Donny was a delight! I would have thought we were out at a 5 star spot in the city the way he took care of us. It’s clear he has had a lot of experience in hospitality - his delivery, attention to detail and overall energy was incredible. The food was perfect, we tried the turkey wrap and cranberry apple salad. Both were delicious! The fries were hot and tasty and the side of spicy mayo was a perfect addition. Far from my previous experiences with “airplane food” I recommend the walk over to this location.

Fast and friendly service. Got some To-go food to take on our flight and the friendly host took our order and it took less than the 15 minutes she estimated to get our food.

With about 100 service men/women coming in at the same time, Patricia and Brady (and the rest of the staff) were AMAZING! They were courteous, efficient, and kind. Chicken tenders…the best! Good job for great hiring and great food!

Ok, so I have seen this restaurant a few times but never tried it until I went to BWI airport. I was hungry and I decided to give them a try. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. The one meal I ordered was VERY GOOD! The Maple Waffle fries and Chicken tenders entree is a must. I dont know how they made those waffle fries taste like waffles with syrup, but they couldnt have gotten it any better. I had a very generous portion of food and ate every bit of it! My friends tasted it and loved it also. One friend ordered the Funnel Cake fries and they were a big hit as well. Best money I've spent in an airport restaurant! Now I will have to try it outside of the airport.

This place checks the boxes:
Breakfast food that was hot, cooked right and pretty tasty. Small menu but ok. I'd have liked the option of a fruit cup but my egg, cheese, bacon sandwich was good.
Friendly, fast, efficient service.
All good.

It says it closes at 9 pm. Got there at 7:20pm. The restaurant was empty. They said “to go only”.

Was having a nice lunch when suddenly they turned on the TV volume and it was very loud, and you couldn't even hold a conversation at our table. Wanted to finish our meeting over beers but we just finished our food and left. Manager was asked to turn it down or off but dismissed our request. Felt sorry for the families sitting there with their little kids just trying to have a family meal.

I had a three hour layover and after walking for a while and looking for somewhere to eat, I decided on here. I must say that it is some of the better tasting airport food that I’ve had.

The wings come in 1lbs - I tried the kinda krabby flavor. Loved it! The wings were big too! Great flavor and definitely filling. What I thoroughly enjoyed though was the crab dip. That stuff is like crack! I don’t even know what all comes in it, but it is a cheesy, garlicy, crab mixture that is AMAZING! I was dipping my fries and chicken wings in it! I could totally just take a big bowl of that with their pretzel bread and you have that for a meal in itself.

As far as the service is concerned, my service was just fine. Yes it was loud, but it’s the airport. I’m not expecting a private, low toned dining experience. Additionally, I’m not expecting to have a waitress that is solely focused on me when you’re dealing with a million people and a million different attitudes stopping by the eatery.

This place was good enough for me that when I finally make a trip to visit Baltimore, I will try to find the actual restaurant location and go check it out.
