The owner was working in the food distribution (hot lamp station) ….working with no gloves on and rearranging food on plates with his hands ….and serving ! Wiping his brow and scratching his head as well. We sat behind the kitchen so my family witnessed his lack of sanitation. He literally moved stripes of bacon with his bare hands! I see a lot of these are older reviews and I don’t know if they have since gotten a new chef in the last 3 years but the food is phenomenal and I’m very picky! I look for things to not like and this is my second time here and can’t think of one bad thing. Service is good, but the food is literally outstanding.
