Got a curry shrimp patty that had not 1 not 2, but ZERO pieces of shrimp inside.

As I was going on my 1 hour break on work, I went to this establishment and waited at least 40 minutes (there was no line) for an employee to take my order. Just for them to make it in 2 minutes. The workers looked me directly in my face the entire time and never seemed to acknowledged that I wanted my meal to be prepped sooner. By the time someone served me, my break was over. This place might have great food but my service experience was NOT great.

The customer service was great! I was greeted promptly when I walked in and upon checking out, the cashier asked me if I wanted any coco bread or patties to which I had to exercise discipline and say “no” 😭. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the rice and peas and cabbage I bought. They both were a bit too overcooked for my liking. I like for my cabbage to still have a bite as well as my rice and peas. The sauce I got to accompany my jerk chicken was interesting, don’t think I would’ve chosen it had I known what it tasted like.

FWIW, I originally wanted to get the salmon but then changed my mind. Kinda wish I didn’t!

The plantains are 🔥 though!

Overall, I don’t have any real complaints just that the 2 sides weren’t prepared how I tend to like them. Hence the 3 stars.

The sides were delicious, surprised that the cabbage is considered stir-fry vegetables. I was seeking vegetables but the cabbage, beans and rice, and mac & cheese was good.
Unfortunately the jerk meatloaf was not a hit, it was tough and bland (maybe a off day but I won't try it again to determine). The Salmon and jerk white meat was delicious.

Ordered from Uber eats. Food is good but I had to wait to eat it because I had no utensils or napkins

If I got give 0 stars I would. Wait was entirely too long. Was told order was being made without the order NOT BEING MADE. Waited at least 20mins before even paying and at least another 30-45min after paying.

The girls behind the counter was miserable… act like they didn’t wanna be there. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The jerk pork was flavorless… plantain was bland not good. Curry chicken. Was so bland no seasoning at all. The my just added tumeric no curry. I should have walked out when I said oh they kids working here they can’t cook. But I didn’t. I won’t go back.

Idk what's wrong with their service...but if im coming to pick up a order why walk all the way from me, get far away then ask am I picking up ? Learn customer service and act civilized. Don't run away then ask if I need help that doesn't make any sense. It's rude...Friday November 8th around 6pm... this shift needs customer service badddd

Disgusting I placed an order through Uber eats received the incorrect chicken and the chicken was cold and very dry . Truly disappointed I will never eat anything from here again . I usually go in and order I guess they give various when it’s delivered you won’t get a refund either . Got robbed $40 worth of trash . I order jerk and received this dryer up cold no seasoning at all

The food is always good. I ordered 1/2lb of their expensive jerk pork-yep, and I weighed it. $12 for half pound. I never expect good service at all. Most recent experience for 1 the entrance has some type of safety issue where there is extreme air pressure. Its either hard to open or shuts really fast. The lady that was serving the food was very welcoming( short lady). The 2nd lady(tall) at the register did everything else but acknowledge and when my food was ready she came to the register and was just looking at me. After a few awkward seconds she asked if im paying. No...im just standing here waiting on you to take your time....no biggie. I had to ask for my sauce because as soon as she placed my food down she addressed the next paying customer. Dismissive. I didn't want to match energy so I waited until she was done and asked for my sauce and she just handed it to me. I asked her for a menu for my job for catering she handed me a business card and walked away. I asked for an actual menu for catering and she said go online. 😐 When I'm unhappy at a place of employment, I just find a new position...just sayin. Then I noticed after reviewing my receipt a few days later there was a tip of $1. Added... lol, yeah- ok. I have to look at my receipts prior to leaving establishments.

Large food portions and great service from Kolton. Got the brown stew chicken and would come back and next time try the macaroni pie, the curry and the cabbage. Usually rice and pies isn’t a side so would’ve liked cabbage included but all good.

This place has bomb food.I love the honey jerk salmon bowl. There's good portions and its always hot. The service is also good. I had Kolton today, and he was very charismatic and funny. He got my food packed pronto and was super warm and welcoming. Definitely will keep coming back here!

The instant vibe from the workers were very welcoming and attentive. Kolton was very patient and understanding of our first purchase here. Definitely will be back again!
