The restaurant was pretty crowded. My wait time was about ten mins. I went around 8 p.m. for dinner. There were families.
I did not have a long wait before I was waited on. I ordered a water. Later, I ordered the Salmon Hibachi Entree, and Sake.
I was unhappy with the timing of my meal. It all came out at once without no regards to the temperature. At first, the food tasted alright. I had eaten half of my Hibachi plate and crunched down on something. It had a different flavor than the entire plate. I spit it out immediately, without chewing any longer. To my surprise, it resembled a burnt roach.
I calmly complained. The waiter was nervous but somewhat nice about it. He promised a manager to my table right away.
About five mins later, another colleague approached the table. I will assume he was the manager. He was tall, young, black and had a black button up shirt. He asked how I could be helped. I explained the same story as above. I asked for the check to be refunded. I was charged for Sake drink that I ordered. I paid and left.
I wanted to try a new Japanese Restaurant serving Hibachi an unfortunately, I had a terrible experience.
Kobe was Great check it out ask for Billy
My granddaughter wanted to go to Kobe. Good choice. The food and service was very good. I would go again
This place used to hit the spot with the good food and large portions. This place looks like it is in need of a deep cleaning. Please just get rid of those filthy carpets and get some vinyl wood flooring! It looks so unsanitary, which should have been a sign for us to get up and leave! The food all tasted the same-an oily mess. My shrimp were overcooked, and everything lacked seasoning; it just tasted like oil. To make matters worse, I had to vomit shortly after leaving. I won't be back!
If you see a Asian boy giving out soups and salad, make sure you tip generously 🔥🤞
This was nice, GREAT customer service. The yum yum sauce can be better.
Portions were huge and a bit salty for me but great otherwise
I ordered the deep fried sushi, which was delicious. It was filled with tender and tasty chunks of fish, and had a great sauce. The appetizer salad was also really good, and the soup. Good experience

I ordered the chicken hibachi for takeout which was a little over $30. The young lady who attended to me was nice and pleasant. However, when I arrived home to enjoy my meal, the food was absolutely disgusting! Extremely salty and tasted very strange. The WORST hibachi I have ever had. Whoever prepared my order was careless and negligent. I love Kobe’s but this was my first time at this particular location. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I will not patronize this location again. Please do better.

This is an aquired taste restaurant. It was my first time here. The experience was really nice, though.
