I ordered the deep fried sushi, which was delicious. It was filled with tender and tasty chunks of fish, and had a great sauce. The appetizer salad was also really good, and the soup. Good experience

I ordered the chicken hibachi for takeout which was a little over $30. The young lady who attended to me was nice and pleasant. However, when I arrived home to enjoy my meal, the food was absolutely disgusting! Extremely salty and tasted very strange. The WORST hibachi I have ever had. Whoever prepared my order was careless and negligent. I love Kobe’s but this was my first time at this particular location. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I will not patronize this location again. Please do better.

We had a party of nine last night to celebrate my nieces birthday. When I arrived, they have been sitting about 20 minutes No one had drinks and no orders had been taken. I was not having hibachi but sushi. We all ordered at the same exact time after we asked the waitress to come over and finally take the order about 10 minutes after I arrived. One of the children in my party ordered white rice which he didn’t receive until we were packing up and getting ready to go. My sushi arrived after everyone had finished eating and was ready to go. I spoke to the manager, who seems as dense as the wall. He never offered any type of apology or anything. To say that it was disappointing the lack of customer service is to put it mildly. They ended up comping for the white rice, but would not do anything about the sushi that I ordered that came after everyone had eating and was ready to go. I had been to Kobe’s a couple of times in the past and had great service, but this was the absolute worse! I’m done with this restaurant.

Restaurantji Recommends
My first time visiting this location. It will be my last. On average each meal cost $35. 10 Tables that seat 11 people. Do the math. Not even counting the regular tables. This place is open more than 8 hours a day. I would say they gross at least 50k a day. There is still a good amount of profit after you subtracting
operating cost.
So why doesn't this restaurant have real plates, knives and spoons .
I am told this has been the normal standard of service for some time now. Kobe is a franchise name. I can tell you this level of service is not being performed across all restaurants. I am visiting from another state. We have a Kobe and there is a difference
Tonight I was served soup without a spoon. You can't cut your meat because they dont have knives. I have to stuff whole lettuce in my mouth or tear with my teeth. They have 2 for $1 plastic dinner plates. They provide packs of plastic ware as a substitute for real silverware. The plasticware is even bottom barrel . So even if you want to cut your food , it would be done with a plastic knife. I guess your expected to use your thumb to push your food on the fork.
If you are reading this and had plan to visit. I advise you to take your $$$ to a place where you are appreciated. Thats if you are looking for quality. You paying for it.
If you are a frequent visitor to this restaurant and have ate with plastic.. I'm still asking why? Why should you be satisfied or subjected to sub standards for the same amount of money you pay in a restaurant that values its customers? This is inexcusable. You're paying top dollar for drive thru service.
. There is probably a difference between your neighborhood Kobe and the one placed in a more diverse population.
I am visiting from another state. So to those reading this post...Demand more for your Money. Don't allow this barbarian, outdated practices to deminish your worth and underappreciate your value.

"I was disappointed with my recent dining experience and gave the food 2 stars. The salmon I ordered was clearly frozen, straight from a package, and not fresh as expected. For a $30 price tag, I anticipated a freshly cut and butchered piece of salmon with thick, juicy portions. Instead, I received thin, frozen patties that seemed like they came from a grocery store. The quality did not match the price, making it a disappointing and overpriced meal."
