I had a great experience when I came for karaoke. However, when I came for lunch, I ordered the combo platter and they have it advertised as 20.99 online. When I get to Lamberts, there were two Hispanic ladies working there who tried to get me to pay $34 for the same meal I ordered. When I showed proof and told them it’s advertised as 20.99, they refused to honor the price. When I asked for the manager, the younger lady got her mother who didn’t know what was going on and didn’t speak English. I still told them because they had the combo advertised at 20.99 that’s what I would pay. They said they checked with the manager Jason, which I doubt they did, and they said he told them not to honor the online price. I left very unhappy. I had told my co-workers about this place as it’s 7 minutes from work. They’ve lost my business unless someone reaches out to make this right. I don’t leave bad review normally but this was out of line.

Good day. I’m so very sorry I promised Miss Katherine Herrera that I was going to send in a note to express my gratitude for her outstanding customer service. She was personable, attentive. Just a joy. Just the right touch, follow-up not hovering. I’ve been in hole in the walls and formerly executive assistance for major corporation. Customer service was my forte. Sponsored, planned and attended many conferences, dinners and events. She’s a gem treat her well. she had me turn around and recommend lunch for another patron who was equally pleased buy her willingness to create such a positive atmosphere. I’ve lived in Lanham since 1994 and eaten here off and on over the years. Usually crabs and it was take out. But breakfast was great, service better. My in-laws said the next time we eat out its crab cakes (Lamberts) or nothing lol. It’s infectious when you’re treated well. Thank You. I’ll update after brunch next week. Lunch specials are a nice addition👍🏽 I love your cream of crab soup. Good chicken salad is even a rarer treat. Not many delis that offer it any more. ThankYou.

I was in here for a good late happy hour. Their drinks are amazing! If you like a heavy hand the. Come here. The happy hour food is good too. They are a seafood place but I get wings here often. Service was a bit spotty at first jsut because it was happy gourmet but when they get to you they do not disappoint. The bar was packed and full of chatty people. The way a bar should be. I will come again.

Bought food and crabs. The food was delicious, however the crabs were pure trash. $130 gone down the drain. The service is horrible 😫. Tables wobbly..... My co-worker invited out and boy oh boy I wasn't impressed! Again the food was good, but I like good service and good food. Bill was $260. Oh and parking was horrible 😑 😫 😒

If you are not a regular then they look over you . I sat at the bar for about 20 minutes before you asked me if I wanted anything . I asked for my check n and took like another 10 to 15 then to get my check .
