Depending on shift the service is trash and very rude. I don't usually leave reviews on places, but this arbys is only good when the older people are working

I keep trying to give them a chance since I personally know how short handed so many businesses are but the past 3 times we have gone through the drive through our order has been wrong! When I call to let them know the order is wrong and to maybe remind their drive thru to double or even triple check the orders I get told that they always do and if I return in the next week they will have my correct item there for me….. Please do better!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a beef and cheddar melt. My friend got a 3 piece chicken tender meal and they were extremely small at this arbys. 20 dollars down the drain for the wrong stuff and for small amounts of food. Go somewhere else for

I've never had a bad meal here. Food is always hot and tasty. Staff always friendly and ready to assist. Dining area was clean and neat.
Fish and cheddar no lettuce....no cheddar...extra lettuce. Not acceptable. Especially after being walked away from twice by staff. Neve stopping here again. Especially after watching a pilot staff member sharing his discount with a customer. Never ever was that allowed. And a 6 minute wait for cold fish is a complete boldface lie. There was no cooking it fresh or it wouldn't be cold after a few minute walk back to the truck.

Keep driving. Curly fries were not curly, just the burned nubs. Didn’t ask if we wanted Arby sauce and didn’t put in bag. Unfriendly drive-thru. The only good thing was the sandwich was hot and fresh.

We came in last minute when they were closing up. I'm not sure of the employee's name (sorry) but he was excellent and our food was fresh and made perfectly. We appreciated the patience.
