This Arby’s is clean and next to a charging station. The staff is nice as well.
Nothing wrong with the food. The service is what i don’t understand. When ordering, i have specify “the meal” or “combo” when ordering a number from the menu. No other fast food joint does this. In the drive through, i pay for my food and i am asked to move forward to the glass door to wait for my sandwich. There is literally no one behind me and if i move to the door, i am still in the drive through. So if someone was behind me, they aren’t moving. Every single time...read full review
We waited close to 10 minutes before they even took our order , they had no French fries made there were customers waiting the whole time we was there luckily we just wanted sandwiches
