We came in last minute when they were closing up. I'm not sure of the employee's name (sorry) but he was excellent and our food was fresh and made perfectly. We appreciated the patience.
Went to the Grantsville, MD Arby's and order Ed the new steak sub. The price display indicated that it was 10.59 but when it rang up it was 11.00+ ( it was over a 1.00 more) not including tax. I brought it up to the clerk, she had a difficult time understanding. Another clerk came up and he said that it was not his responsibility and he couldn't change the price. Keep driving. Curly fries were not curly, just the burned nubs. Didn’t ask if we wanted Arby sauce and didn’t put in bag. Unfriendly drive-thru. The only good thing was the sandwich was hot and fresh.
