The owner, she has the most selection of icecream cakes of any BR anywhere, and I’ve been to all of them! She especially makes sure that she stocks mint chocolate icecream cakes for me and about 4 other regular customers, even though it’s not the most popular flavor. It is obvious this store specializes in cakes. Her custom writings on the cakes are always done with care and great calligraphy. All flavors and sizes of icecream cakes are always in stock at this location, which is why I always return to this store. Thank you owner!

I have been going here for few years now. Quality of their service , quality of ice creams and cleanliness have always been top notch , consistent and very impressive. One of the female staff who have been there for long time and her name is Shawon . she has always been very professional and consistent with her friendliness and good customer service, even when some occasions i have seen her the only person working and she still handled customer service very well . i was there today and had a new staff , being new i was pretty impressed her attentiveness towards me and mom . I highly recommend this location.

I can't really write the food because I didn't get any. I was standing there in line along with some other African American people some Hispanic lady came in and maybe it wasn't intentional because the place was so disorganized but she cut in front of us and the cashiers didn't stop her. Again maybe it wasn't intentional but they need to have it organized so they know who's in line who's been standing there everyone was just walking in standing wherever and I guess because he spoke Spanish they took her order first very rude I will never go there again All the black people I was standing with for skipped over. They didn't have any sort of a line everyone was just standing wherever they wanted

DISGUSTING. If I could give It 0 stars I would. We came here for ice cream, the place was packed. The line was outside the door. My mom asked the worker “excuse me, where does the line start?” The girl behind the counter was yelled she didn’t know and walked off. How do you not know where the line starts in your job? And her attitude was very nasty for no reason. Please don’t visit this location the employees are very rude/nasty! and it’s unprofessional.

Terrible service.I ordered a 1 scoop sundae, the girl barely gave me any ice cream, when I asked her about it she told me “all sundaes get kid size scoops” like ????? I always order that and this is the first time I heard such thing.The other clerk was chill and gave us an “adult size scoop” lol for our cone. So I guess don’t order sundaes at this place.

Absolutely creamy deliciousness. Yum! Carvel is the only other ice cream brand that stands up to Hershey’s. I especially love their coconut and their dark chocolate ice creams. They have a couple of nice benches in a garden right outside their door so that you can relax there with friends or family this making the whole thing an enjoyable experience.
