Zero stars. I ordered several things for thanksgiving online. Only to find out the store is closed permanently. Please don't order from this location online. I don't know why they are still accepting orders. I've contacted customer service but was only able to leave a voicemail. Hopefully I will get my money back and hopefully they don't steal anyone else's money.

I’m always disappointed when I go to this one. No creamed spinach. Sweet potatoes were horribly bland. Chicken was good (I get the herbs and garlic?) but service is always dicey. Frequently quite testy. I had stopped going for awhile, then they closed the other closest one.I can only get 3-pc dark. Would prefer half dark.
Food was so nasty. The thi chicken smell like vinegar. My macaroni and cheese did not taste like cheese at all it just tasted like macaroni and it was very watery. The turkey was really dry. The Turkey cub was nasty I had to get more food the rice was very hard. They can not cook at all. I will never go to this store ever

I have never once, not one single time, ordered delivery from any Boston Market in the world, to which they sent me the correct food. I am literally not exaggerating (I TRULY mean literally, not figuratively, this is not a colloquialism). It's true that I've only ordered from them 6-7 times in the last 5 years or so, but things I order are always either changed slighted or omitted entirely. The Greenbelt location is no exception to this rule. It's honestly fascinating that I can guarantee when I order from any BM that something will be incorrect. A little BM "surprise," so to speak. Is this a corporate decision? Is this in their training materials? I'm not even mad, it's honestly my fault for refusing to learn the life lesson they have spent half a decade trying to teach me. I guess I just refuse to learn, and for that, to BM, I apologize. Most recently, I ordered parmesan chicken, and they sent me sweet Thai chicken. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich, and they sent me some other sandwich entirely. I ate it gladly, as BM is not for picky eaters. BM is not for the weak. If you order from BM, just be sure to take full advantage of the situation and place bets with your friends on which item will be changed or left out. You may not get what you want, but at least you can earn a little money on the side. Food is OK.

I have been progressively dissatisfied in the quality of the food from Boston Market. Since this the only location I have visited in years I am reviewing the Greenbelt MD location. I had a sampler meal today with rice, green beans and sweet potatoes. Everything was awful. The green beans were waxy like canned vegetables and tasteless. The rice was over cooked and very peppery. The sweet potatoes were the worst item in the meal. They were so runny I literally had to eat with a spoon. I love the chicken and am fasting so didn't have any today. Not sure the chicken is enough to bring me back. Just a horrible dining experience today.

A female employee threatened my son by saying the establishment will call the police for no reason. A friend of his payed for food for him but they called us a layers and more. Very stressful experience
