⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous experience
I’ve had it with this Burger King (8801 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20771). This is the fourth time in just the past few months my order has been wrong or missing items. I’ve contacted corporate before and got nothing but a runaround — no apology, no help, no resolution.
On 11/02/2025 -- This time they crossed the line. They forgot an Impossible Whopper and one of my diet drinks wasn’t diet. I’m diabetic. By the time I realized it, my blood sugar had already spiked, and I had to take an emergency shot. If I hadn’t been home, this could have ended very differently — dangerously so.
This isn’t just sloppy service anymore, it’s reckless. The management clearly doesn’t care, no one EVER answers the phone either, and corporate seems to be ignoring a pattern of repeated failures at this location. Someone from corporate needs to investigate this store immediately and ensure the staff get retraining — both in basic order accuracy and customer safety.
I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to double-check their food and drinks if they order here — your health could depend on it.
