Stopped for a quick meal. Dont do a lot of fast foods but Monica A the manager was unreasonable. I ate my food and attempted to wash it down. When I did I noticed my drink was watered down. The Dr pepper I ordered tasted like carbonated water and this was my second time experiencing it at that location, the manager said she tasted it and it was fine. I asked if others tasted, she said yes the staff and they all said it was fine. In disbelief, I asked for a refund, she said she would only give a refund for the whole meal and not my drink only. I would not recommend this BK location. @BK you DONT have it your way. Further #tasteisking is not a thing in Greenbelt MD.Store#3581 is the worst in town.

Yeah so I ordered a sprite. They gave me a large drink full of seltzer water without any syrup. I then called and told them "I don't want a refund, I just want to tell you that something is wrong and you need to fix the sprite on the soda machine." They sat in silence on the phone for 5 seconds, and then completely ignored me. Terrible.
