Ruined my morning. Wrong order - hot dunkalatte was iced. Gross chocolate smeared on outside of donut bag and sugary coating all outside of munchkin box. I had to wrap the munchkin box in napkins then wipe down the outside of the box with a wet wipe in the car before being able to hold it. All the donuts and munchkins were soggy and felt they were undercooked or didn’t dry. Have some hygiene and decency in serving your business customers!

Worst Dunkin ever, they don’t tend to care or understand, every time I order my drink and I specifically ask them not to give me liquid cane sugar or whatever they still do. At this point I just assume they don’t care about their customers, the ladies are rude and always give attitude when you’re telling them that you’re drink is made incorrectly they need to be fired and replaced with people that actually want to work and have a sense of understanding and communication.

Unfortunately I am reluctant to share that their staff and service has not hit the mark lately, with missing or wrong items, even on drive-thru orders. Makes driving to other surrounding locations entirely worth it...

No stars for this service....the employee Yolanda is so nasty and rude I had to request Kaela the manager to fix my drink ...Kaela was so nice and pleasant....but Yolanda who seems to be in a negative mood EVERY time I visit this location, needs to be removed from the cashier...she also gave me the wrong change with no receipt and had the nerve to get mad about that....she's very rude and nasty....the other employees ARE GREAT, WONDERFUL PLEASANT PERSONALITIES....THE FOOD IS GREAT .....but Yolanda needs to put out the trash....

I went up to order and she just looked at me and I said hello and she said are you gonna order or not and I said excuse me she was like are you going to order or not? What are you gonna order very rudely not sure if she had scorpions for breakfast or just having a bad day, but I did not appreciate that. my suggestion would be for her to get some customer service training or be a little bit more polite to the customers coming in :)
Machine to make the coolatto always seems to be down and their sweet tea is definitely not SWEET taste like tap water . Go to any OTHER location but this one !

As a local to this place, I can say that drive thru service is usually fast and friendly. But the best part of this DD is the comfortable seating, decent free wifi and cleanliness. Its a great place to kick back with your phone and chill. The are however out a choice donut more often than not

Very POOR selection of donuts. By 8pm all the donuts are HARD as a rock. I have experienced this with several dunkin donut locations in different states. So unless get there early morning I suggest you go to Krispy kreme, Safeway, giant or publix. I should have went with my gut and went to Krispy kreme. Dunkin donuts have a lot of work to do!

Very poor, came here at April 5, around 5:30 pm, no one there to take an order, just someone in the back talking on the phone. Just poorly run, have been to many Dunkin donuts, just go to another one. Food not done well either.
