I really enjoy this place. I’ve been going since it opened. Only thing. Is that on multiple accounts the skim milk or the almond milk will be bad but the customer service is so good. I honestly don’t even think it was their fault maybe their faculty?
The food tasted horrible if I could describe the taste of the sandwich, it tasted like a burnt microwave, and the hashbrowns tasted like they’ve been in the same oil for months
You need to teach your employees customer service.. everyone is so young, they don’t greet you when you walk into the establishment. If they’re busy they don’t address and tell you to give them a second they just look at you like you’re in the wrong place ..
Ordered my food on the kiosk at 12:30pm. Not too busy. They realized I was waiting for my order and then made my bagel. They gave me the wrong bagel. Not too happy with the food or service but the floors were very clean.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Magdalena at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 6000 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20770 ☕️, and her service was nothing short of extraordinary. From her warm greeting to the way she executed every detail with finesse✨, Magdalena delivered an experience far beyond what you’d expect from a typical coffee stop.
I placed a mobile order—#004—for a Pistachio Shakin’ Espresso with a few custom touches: a large with whole milk 🥛, four pumps of pistachio swirl🌰, four sugars, whipped cream🍦, and two bold shots of espresso⚡. What I received was not just a drink—it was a masterpiece. The texture was luxuriously smooth, the sweetness was perfectly layered, and the pistachio flavor came through rich and refined—not artificial or overpowering. The espresso added just the right depth, giving the drink a velvety finish that felt more like a handcrafted specialty beverage than something from a fast-paced chain. Honestly, it tasted like it belonged in a boutique café ✨.
And when I asked Magdalena if she could pour it into my Stanley cup🫙, she didn’t hesitate—she handled it with such care and precision, ensuring it was transferred flawlessly, without spilling a drop or compromising presentation. That thoughtful gesture spoke volumes about her dedication and attentiveness. She didn’t just make a drink—she curated an experience.
Dunkin’ is incredibly lucky to have someone like Magdalena on their team. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for customer service elevate the entire brand. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and hope she’s behind the counter—you’ll walk away with more than just a coffee. You’ll walk away impressed.
10/10 experience — and that Pistachio Shakin’ Espresso? Absolutely magnifique.
My coffee literally tasted like fish. Why?
Went to go get a donut around 8:20pm and lady said they had no donuts. Girl, just say you closed before actual closing time. SMH. How y’all Dunkin’ Donuts and run out of donuts?
Good Dunkin' with quick service!

This is the second dunkin I’ve been to with a fruit fly found in my drink. I got a Kiwi watermelon refresher here yesterday and found a fruit fly half way through my drink. Threw it out. Never again!!!

I used to love this location but they have consistently messed up my orders since they started the renovation. I have tried since the reno was completed and still had issues. As an early morning customer, the reno places the menu and mic further back into the extremely dark parking and dumpster area. If feels eerie and I'm uncomfortable ordering in pitch blackness outside of the light of the menu. Previously the mic and menu were on the side of the building but now someone can just walk up to your car while your window is down. They need to add more lighting and work on training the staff. The coffee always seems burnt and just doesn't taste the same as it used to. I venture further down Greenbelt Road to the location in the shopping center with Ruby Tuesdays.
Parking: There is a small parking area in front of the location but plenty of parking on the side of the building. There is also a sketchy drive thru

Where to start, they close 20 minutes before closing. “Cleaning the ovens”. They would ask you “whatchu want” literally. Food is okay but customer service definitely needs some improvement.

Well, they didn't have a variety of sweets and it's very uneventful.
