I at the pleasure of walking into this establishment and ordered for the first time. I ordered General Tso's Chicken with Fried rice. This is my go to order at any restaurant. This order was very good and flavorful. The wait wasn't long, the restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly, I stayed and enjoyed my food inside, the owner Qi Feng brought my food to me himself. Food was great, service was great, I will definitely come back and I recommend Good Jerry 100%.

Called for delivery and the older gentleman who says he was the owner was very nasty and rude before he knew the amount of my order ( which was large) he stated I had to spend over $50 and $10 delivery charge. I explained I had received food at my address before (a young lady took my order) and this was not the case. He proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I was a valued customer but will no longer be ordering with this establishment.

Food was disgusting. I asked for chicken and broccoli lunch special. The food was luck warm. I asked the cashier if I could have a spring roll because I am allergic to shrimp egg rolls. She said no I should have told her when placing the order. I’m never going here again. I usually don’t get this poor service from them. But today was horrible. I had to throw out my food.

I can't give no stars except 1 which they don't deserve! First and foremost they don't follow your instructions to your medical diet! Secondly, when you pay $45 for your order by card and you tip the driver $ 8 in tip and they charge your card to tip him him $16 is fraud! I asked him for my receipt he said "no receipt" I ask so where fo I sign, he said " no sign" so you steal from me? I went to contact the BBB God forbid their open to make a complaint when needed! I will get to the bottom of this because yall are using baby shrimp and charging extra for it when not giving it, just the regular amount. I made it very clear I cannot have spicy food but you made it spicy where other carryouts dont...I can go on and on about this because this is not the first time you have scam me but God forbid people have faith months later in yall! u will get every cent I spent on yall back because I am tired of yall scamming hard working people!!

Worst delivery of my life. The woman was rude, she said it takes time to deliver orders. Normally it takes 30 min. She was a rude horrible woman. She does not belong in food service. What an awful woman!!!!!!!!!!
