Enjoyed a yummy treat at Hershey’s Ice Cream. My son accidentally dropped his scoop, and the attendant / owner kindly replaced it at no charge. That’s what I call great customer service! I highly recommend them.
Clean shop with friendly employees. Flavor variety is great and some rotating/seasonal options.

Service wise it was fine but honestly the person doing the serving could be a bit more friendly, she didn't smile, she wasn't even that pleasant; efficient yes, but she could use a little more training in customer service.
I thought maybe she was just having a rough day, but my mother who comes there more often than I do says that she is always like that.
