Love the food and customer service. But the Karaoke can be a bit much. So loud at times you can’t hear the people at your table. Sometimes we don’t want to hear all that noise.

Celebrated a family member's birthday! The atmosphere was great with DJ and Karaoke. I ordered a shrimp po'boy sandwich with fries. It was delicious, fresh, and filling. I was only able to eat half. We all enjoyed ourselves and will visit again.

Moniece is amazing she took great care of my table , she is so sweet and made sure everything was okay. The food is bomb!

Unfortunately, my experience at Hook & Reel Greenbelt today was far below expectations. After sitting at the bar for over 15 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment, I approached the hostess, who appeared to be watching a movie on her iPad. Rather than assisting me, she responded rudely and with visible attitude. This type of customer service is disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Pretty lively and fun, music and speakers for some kick too. For service you do have to catch their attention but other than that definitely recommend trying their drinks!

My server (Anita) was very polite attentive and professional. She made sure I had every I need and was responsive.

I have been Visiting this Location since they Opened... I have Experienced Different Servers/Bartenders! As of Late, I Enjoy the Service/Experience with this latest Crew! Especially the Bartender, B.B. as well as Servers in the Bar Area! Their level of Service has made Me a 'Regular'
I Especially Enjoy the Manager, Wendy! She is Always Accommodating and Attentive! I Hope that your Organization Appreciates the Hard Work and Attention they put into Customer Service
