This IHOP is exactly what you would hope to have when you go to IHOP. I've gone here often for a few months now and it's extremely consistent. All employees are cheerful and attentive the restaurant is clean and comfortable.

Went to do a take out order stood there and waited for someone to take my order for about 20 mins which is not bad but I was not greeted or told someone would be with me. Another lady was in behind me who spoke Spanish called a girl worked there over who also spoke Spanish to take her order cool the girl also took my order and said it will take 15 mins I came back in 20 asked another girl for my order she said it’s not ready( I saw a bag on the counter) l said ok I’ll wait I sat down for another 15-20 mins the same girl said are you waiting for someone I said my order she said oh yeah what’s the name even tho I had just told her 15 mins before she said oh here the bag was there the entire time 😡 so I get my food only to see the bottom of my biscuit was undone and I could not eat it never again! I’ll stick to Ohio in Waldorf

Shawn was extremely rude and unprofessional his full of attitude, the place is wasn’t crazy busy but normal and he came behind me with my food and slammed the food on my table and just left even tho I was so shocked and called him but he pretended as he didn’t hear me and I went to the manager and told her and I get back to my table and again he came back and tried to argue with me that I complained to his manager and his telling me his busy! His manager came to me while his arguing with and it shows he don’t have respect to his manager either to anyone including me, he shouldn’t come and talk to me at all !! His attitude is he would fight if he could!! I believe he needs to bring discipline to the work environment his attitude obviously not for work! This is the nastiest customer service I have seen! 1st time and last time I promise!!!
