Update This time the food was even worse. Room tempature and tastes like it isn't seasoned.
Ordered ribs, brisket and pulled pork with sides ...it's not good.. especially for the money...I would never go back..no matter how desperate I was for BBQ....I have had worse...to make matters worse, when I go to the soda fountain to get a refill, the soda shot out all over my light colored outfit.....

I LOVE the Veterans theme and service. I feel appreciated in here. The food is tremendous and always surprises me. Their sides are AWESOME! The service is very efficient, polite, and friendly. GOD bless Mission BBQ! HooYAH!!!

1st Time at Mission! Had the brisket (lean) which was okay (seemed rushed and salty in one spot but okay ...especially for a chain). Ordered Mac & Cheese which was very underwhelming and Fresh Cut Fries which was the better offset (fresh, hot, and substantive). There are 2 pics of cornbread which the pic of the 2 edge pieces was what was initally wrapped in foil and cool temperature (not good and rather flavorless) but a young lady, Larissa, walks the dining area check on patrons and I asked if the cornbread is usually room temp or cool which she said most times unless it's just prepared and hot/warm and she was kind enough to offer a warm piece which is shown in the other pic (center piece was/fresh)- which was much better than the foil wrapped pre-packaged. Sampled the Granny's Sweet Potato Mash which was good (would recommend). The Caramel Apple Cobbler hits the spot for a sweet tooth! Overall, the service is much better than the bbq taste but if you need a convenient quick-service of BBQ this is an option.

The chicken was dry and seemed to have no seasoning I ordered moist brisket and it was dry and tough The cornbread was dry and a bit hard

I Ordered online. Lady at the registered redirected me to the ladies behind the service counter who stood back having a bit of a chat instead of assisting me. The ribs had a strange flavour of gas. The brisket didnt have the usual Smokey flavour and was bland. First and last time here, I’d rather take the long drive to Rockville coz that restaurant has never disappointed
Mission BBQ is my favorite spot when I'm in town. Best BBQ in the area.

Really solid BBQ. Not inexpensive, as it will run you 20-30 person (more toward 20), but worth it. Really good brisket (get it moist) and collards. The Mac and cheese was a little dry but good taste. Smelled delish on entering.

One of my favorite locations! I travel for work & visit a number of MBBQ locations. This is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly & my lean brisket is always PERFECT! (I actually worked at MBBQ Richmond almost 5 years ago, so i know THEIR stuff, lol!) Thank you guys!
