Breakfast burrito was so greasy I was unable to finish it. When I brought this up to a worker and asked to wash my hands in the sink nearby, as my hands were dripping from the grease, they immediately had an attitude with me and told me to walk over to the restrooms which didn't have paper towels or a hand dryer available to properly dry hands. Other food my group had was excellent, but my experience with the burrito and cashier were unacceptable.

My friend is 24 years old and married, the barmaid wouldn’t give him a drink just because he has a vertically-oriented ID from Massachusetts that expires in 4 years. Like I get if thats your policy, but why do you have to be rude about it? The boomer gang watching a movie in the back room was peculiar but chill. Expensive too. Crud

Waited 30 mins at least for two lattes. Order was done wrong and with an allergen. Barista with long nails wouldn’t accept a return, and said that it wasn’t possible. Broke out into hives afterwards.

Ordered a standard latte and was served essentially just milk and ice. I don’t know if the barista just didn’t put the espresso in my cup or they only give you one shot for 16oz of milk, but my latte had no coffee flavor at all.

Plenty of character. Worth a visit before the movie! 09/12/25 Update A return visit 7 years later! Good attentive service, but please cheer up folks! My wife and I both had pasta. Salmon and Chicken versions. Both very good and seemed freshly cooked. My chicken seemed to me to be a nice mild Cajun style with sun dried tomato. Chicken may have been marinated? Not hot or spicy. Recommended.

Curious place where everybody might know your name. Very reasonable prices, live music 6 days a week. A very personal peek into the lives of the people of greenbelt. Take a walk around and wonder.
We come up here a few times a year to see live music. We’d come more if we lived closer.
The kale salad is really good. Almost makes you like kale.

Major downgrade in terms of vegan and vegetarian options from last year. Used to have a whole selection of delicious smoothies and clearly labeled vegan options. Now I don't think they've a single vegan option which feels like a bit of an insult.
I asked the person at the counter if the breakfast potato option was vegan, she said yes it is there is no meat, to which I then asked is there butter, she responded yes. That isn't vegan, and that misunderstanding of basic dietary restrictions could mislead someone into ordering something they cannot eat.

I am happy we got to head to this delicious place! I have been a handful of times but hadn't really had the chance to sit and enjoy the space or the live music! It was great. This place has my fave TOP 3 pasta and it's my go-to whenever I'm in the area now.
I love how authentic the people, music, crowd, and ambiance is. Old school Greenbelt is really comforting, hippieville, and lots of nostalgia that anyone can get to love. Nothing beats that!

Great not so hidden gem! The live music doesn't disappoint and make sure to get the tater tots, but the friendly people and the atmosphere are the best parts.
