On Google, it states that they close at 9 pm. I called at 8:13 pm to place an order, and a gruff man picked up the phone and told me they are closing. I asked how because Google states 9 pm. He said they close at 830 pm, and didn’t even attempt to ask what I wanted. Furthermore, their website states they are open till 930 pm on weekends and kitchen closes at 9 pm so he flat out lied to me, and lost out on a new customer who was willing to place a decent order. This is unacceptable.

I come here often and the food is excellent. Service is good and precise. Small family that runs the restaurant and prepares quality sushi. Not big but truly a gem in the area.

It is a good Japanese restaurant. The tempura was the highlight, I do not a big fan and I really enjoyed this one. It feels very authentic food. They have another few non Japanese dishes. The service was fast. Everything is clean. Plenty of parking

I was told “we have too many orders to take and we cannot take you.” I was not given an estimate time things would slow down I was simply told to leave. I will never be back to this establishment because this customer service was poor when overwhelming by other orders.

What a true gem. Lunch menu had a range of sushi dishes as well as noodles and other tasty treats. Service was superb with our waters being filled consistently.

I seldom leave bad reviews. But I feel if I didn’t say something, someone else would walk in thinking this place can’t be too bad. It’s bad. I bought $60 worth of sushi and left 80% of it on the table. The quality is terrible. The salmon was so discolored it looked beige. The tuna was faded. Nothing was fresh—actually, I take that back. The avocados were fresh. Probably because you can’t freeze them. That’s about it.
They do not take Amex, which was a surprise as I don’t have another cc. So that was fun. Also there was one person working there. He handled orders, waiting, money, AND making the food. He was also pretty rude. Not his fault that he’s alone tho, but still—it’s a one man shop in there.
The fish is definitely all frozen and far from fresh. I’m not even a sushi snob but this was barely edible.
This spot is lovely we enjoy going here for the authentic experience and to support this small Buisness. We are so lucky to have this spot near by.
Went to have dinner with friends, the service was terrible and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was 7:30 and they close at 9pm the waiter was rushing us and ready for us to leave. Didn’t even service us only brought us our food to the table. No refills or any communication of any kind. I paid the bill for the waiter or owner who knows says “you’re not going to tip more?” I think people forget that tipping is not a requirement. You need to do your job and a GOOD one at that to be tipped. Also people may not have the funds to tip especially after terrible service. He is lucky I even tipped him at all after that comment. The he walked about bad mouthing me! This is unacceptable and very rude! You need to do better or you won’t have any customers. He also rejected a take out order before 1 hour to close. Again do better or you will lose customers because I will not be here again.
