Delivery was fast but a kind sad experience. The pizza arrived with mid parts soggy crust, raw tasting mushroom, barely any pepperoni, and all the “extras” I paid for were almost nonexistent. It’s definitely become a thing that when u order through apps like Uber Eats, even though overpriced, u will be getting the most basic version of what you paid for. Not worth it.

This location regularly does half off nights if DC sports teams had a good game (or if the Commanders played at all), which is generally the only time I order here. The quality is always decent, especially for that price, and they always have my online order ready on time if I schedule a pickup in advance. Our favorite pizza are the Hawaiian chicken and Ultimate Pepperoni

I tried to order a pizza and get it delivered. I'm glad I looked at it before payment because when I saw/received my pizza it was sloppily shifted to one side like it had been mishandled and there were several slices that were only bread and sauce because everything globbed to one side. I asked for it to be remade the driver left and never came back. And I never got my food. It was really upsetting because I hadn't eaten for about 6-7 hours hours by that point, was working, and it was supposed to be a late lunch/dinner for me and my boyfriend. We were both disappointed. I really did try to give this a chance despite the low ratings and I feel like I was unfortunately shown exactly why they have the ratings by the service I received.
I ordered a pizzas and a Pepsi. I received my pizzas and not my drink. I made multiple calls to the location and the phone just rings with no answer and then hangs up you. This isn't the first time that I have ordered from this location and somethings goes wrong with the order. I will not be ordering anymore. Very poor customer service

Despite the negative reviews I continued to patronize this location NEVER AGAIN! Let me start with, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE DAYS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? Single parent, I ordered my daughter a small cheese pizza it came up to $13+, no mentions of the special for a large pizza 1topping $10.99 anywhere! With inflation every little bit helps!I asked if anything could be done to adjust the order in anyway and what I got back was attitude saying, “my manager said to purchase another pizza because it was your fault!”! They clearly do not believe in customer service or trying to keep loyal customers that patronize them, what would it have taken to simply adjust an order for a loyal customer? FORMER LOYAL CUSTOMER, I will no longer recommend to my non-profit to utilize them for catering the kids events as well! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!

Very stupid employees so rude this smacked the pizza on the floor and started screaming like a crazy lady and crazy man. I asked them to put my bike inside and they were so rude about it and they said no and then I asked I told them what if it gets deals and they said it’s not my problem, they’re so rude.
