One day I ordered a small and a large. The bowls were different sizes amd the broth was filled up differently (the large had more broth). A couple of days later I ordered a large. The bowl and the broth were the size of a small but the cost of a large. I told them about my experience but they lied and said it was large when it clearly was not. I will never visit there again. I felt bad for the young girl that was there because she was clearly embarrassed that the person was not telling the truth.

Eh.. the pho itself is decent but I wish they didnt put the meat in my to-go broth. By the time I got home the meat was so overcooked. The shrimp rolls were a waste of $5. The two rolls had 3 small shrimp and filled with just lettuce! There were 3 little pieces of noodle in them but everytime I've ever had these anywhere else theres more than just lettuce. Where were the noodles, the cucumbers, the additonal fillings? Very lazy shrimp rolls. I only came here because my usual spot was closed but probably wont be back.

The lady was so rude. I ask for jalapeños and onions and she said I need to pay extra but she just left and ignored me. I paid for the food, its not free.

I came to this location today for the first time for me and my coworker. Initially the lady taking my order greeted me with a hello. She wasn’t too much informative but either way she assisted with taking my order. Upon her bringing me my order I asked if I can have a container so I can put some sauce in it to go. She proceeds to tell me it usually costs but she’ll give it to me this time. You guys she brought me out a 4 oz container. I proceeded to go up and ask for another one and she then decided to go back and forth with me about paying extra for #1 sauce that’s already on the table and available to anyone & #2 it’s a 4 oz container. She eventually gives it to me and I thanked her but I will NOT be back. I spent $40 and couldn’t even get sauce to go that’s on the table is ridiculous.
Food is good but the variety of meats in the orders was not based on the orders. Other than that, pho has a good flavor.
