I’ve been here 3 times in the last week. Food is always hot and fresh, staff is very friendly, restaurant is very clean!! Three things that are very hard to come by nowadays.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pollo Cabana is a really great spot. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Everything came out hot and tasted exactly how good Peruvian food should.The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It’s a nice place to sit, eat, and actually enjoy your time without feeling rushed.The service was excellent, especially Karen. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. She made sure we were taken care of and checked in at the right times without being overbearing. Her attitude honestly made the experience better. Overall, this is a solid restaurant with good food, good service, and a nice vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Greenbelt area. I would happily come back.

Delicious grilled chicken, steak, salad, including for a gluten free family member. We stopped for lunch on a road trip, highly recommend.
SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! I placed an order online in which I agreed to a transaction of $22.34, and get an email with a different amount. I went in the store and the manager saw the two totals from the SAME Conformation/Invoice code. He understood my frustration and said there is nothing he can do. “It’s just the system” was the TERRIBLE excuse I got for them trying to rob me of $5. $5 may not matter to some people but I work hard for every dollar I have, and he had absolutely NO EMPATHY. Pay close attention to your receipts. These people are THIEVES.

I wish I could give this zero stars . I’ll start to say I want a refund. Never going here again, this is the third time . This has happened, raw chicken. And this time, I asked well done because I’ve noticed every time I ordered here the chicken is never fully cooked . So I asked her can I get well done. The person who was attending me and my friend. She was giving attitude, I got her name as well . Her name is rosa. So rude and not very professional. Anyways we asked can we get well done . How come when we get the chicken, it was more raw then well done , I don’t understand how that works. Did she not understand? Anyways I want a refund because I ended up throwing everything up because I saw the reviews people gave as well . This is unacceptable and unprofessional. This should be fix so you guys can meet you’re own standards ““
