The food was okay, nothing fancy but it was good for the price. The problem was when my group came (9 people) for lunch it was completely dead and it took over an hour for the waiter to take our food order. Then another 45 for the food to arrive and we finished eating within about 20-30 minutes and we literally walked around the dining room looking for anyone to ask for our checks. It took about 40mins until we found the host and she got the waiter to come out with our checks.

Lunch in a restaurant with no other customers shouldn’t take ~3 hours.

Extremely low quality food, very obviously cooked in microwaves, even the burgers and fries. I highly doubt anything here is cooked on oven, grill, stove, or anything other than a microwave. For an actual restaurant instead of a fast food place, customers deserve better quality than that. Especially for the prices. Literally the Burger King right next door has better quality food that does not seem microwaved. That's completely backwards of how it should be. Plus when i got there, there was an entire burger and fries missing so i had to wait an extra few minutes while the rest of the food started getting cold. The fries were NOT hot and crispy like other reviews say. The fries were hot and Soggy, wet, soft, because they were cooked in a microwave.

Ordered ribeye steak with ribs. Got sirloin steak instead. Insisted it was ribeye. After persistence, meal was discounted. Ribs (glazed) had no flavor.

I had such an amazing time the staff here phenomenal. You know I had Theo as a server he made me smile and you know Jaylawas the host that day and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and don’t get me started on the general manager Sue Lee, that woman hands-down, can run the store by herself 10 out of 10 will come again.

The atmosphere was great and the food was good but the service from Kyle was horrible it wasn't crowded and we had to hunt him down to get dessert & water at end of our meal because we never received one when we ordered our food. Please please clean the windows.

Our first time coming to eat at Ruby Tuesday wanting to try a new restaurant. It was a flop. We ordered the trio starter plate with mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and loaded potatoes. The sticks were fine, the loaded potatoes were soft but not at all like the menu presents and there were no boneless wings so the waiter brought us wings with bone. We did not mind, but they had no seasoning or sauce. The two sauce cups they brought us, tomatoes sauce for the sticks and sour cream barely a table spoon. When our main plate came in, we ordered the new Ramen bowl. My plate had saucy finger marks under and on the plate. The plate is way too big for the amount of food in it. I had to crane my neck while eating so that I didn't get food on my shirt. The waiter forgot to give us our side order of fries, but it wasn't charged in the receipt, so no problem there. The Coca-Cola was flat, but my wild berry tea was amazing. The waiter brought us four pieces of chicken tenders, which did not taste fresh. We paid a little over 60 dollars. The service was good but not the quality of food. Will not be returning any time soon.

I walked into the restaurant, and my first thought was, "What have I gotten myself into?" The exterior was grimy, but it was nothing compared to the state of the interior. Every corner seemed to scream neglect. I considered turning right back around, but nature was calling.

As I made my way to the restroom, I caught a glimpse of the kitchen. The sight was alarming, and the foul stench of sour sewage hit me like a brick wall. It took everything I had to push open the restroom door, but the moment I stepped inside, I knew I had to escape. I bolted out of that place as fast as I could.

Not authentic or genuine about food service.
A Cesar Salad isn't chopped lettuce and croutons,
served in a small bowl; unappealing and unapologetically poor misrepresentation of good food.
Waiting staff unprofessional and not trained in the business of hospitality.

Will not be back! This restaurant will never see another dime from me ever again unless there's a change in leadership and employees.
