Burger was good per my dinner date but beef tips over rice pilaf were just burnt! “Salad bar” is a JOKE! Waiter was more interested in his buddies/friends who were there as diners versus us or other diners. Likely won’t return.

Salad bar is ok, the problem is the dinner menu. Very limited and the quality is just not there. My husband likes it because he feels like he's getting a lot of food, but, I will reiterate that the quality is just not there

I have dined at the Greenbelt, MD location several times before with no problems. But on this visit, the hostess was not accommodating and somewhat rude. When I arrived, she wanted to seat me in the section next to the bar. I asked to be seated in the other open area of the restaurant. She said I would have to wait ten minutes. When I stated that I see plenty of empty tables and could I please be seated there. She said no, you have to wait because there is only one waiter. So, I waited for about 15 minutes and she finally took me to a table and was giving me a two part menu and then put one part back. I stated I would like both parts please. And she said you won’t be served anyway for a long time. I told her I still would like both parts. Then, after I was seated, I waited for over 20 minutes and saw a couple come in who was seated right away and the waiter went to their table immediately! So I told the waiter I had been waiting long before that couple came in and you took their order before taking mine. The waiter stated to me that he only does what the hostess tells him to do. I told him that that is not right to have me waiting and not take my order. And he said he’ll get to me next. Then I told the hostess (there were two hostesses by this time) what the waiter said. The hostess said we only have one waiter and if you had sat by the bar, you would have been served by now. I stated to her I preferred to sit in the area where I am now. Then the hostess said in a rude way “Oh, you’re saying when you come here you seat yourself?” And I said no, I am the customer and I prefer to sit in this area and not next to the bar and never had a problem like this when I came here before. And then she said, “well, you won’t get served for a long time.” I stated to her again it was not fair to seat a couple who came in after me and then the waiter took there order first and I was completely ignored. This was a very bad experience and very poor customer service. This occurred on a Saturday evening and there was only one waiter for the entire section. This location needs to hire more waiters. In the past, they always had at least two waiters. Also, their hostess needs to be more cordial to customers and not have a rude attitude. I regret not speaking to a manager but I don’t think he was there either. By the way, my order was very simple: salad bar and soup combo. In the past, I would always get the salad bar which is fresh.

Don’t order from here (or ghost kitchen pasta Americana) unless you want your food given away with no re make or compensation. I ordered from this location on door dash. The dasher called me stating that they gave my order to “another dasher” and couldn’t remake my order because it had already been picked up; even though I explained the order was still processing on my end and i hadn’t gotten any food from another dasher. This is the most incompetent group of people I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. Instead of just re making to food and giving to the dasher, they tried to make me cancel the order with no refund to get it remade. Absolutely ridiculous. If I knew I was ordering from this filthy location I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. SCAM.

I’m a very patient and understanding person. I am really good at just letting things go when it comes to restaurants. Tonight’s experience was unacceptable, though. One server for like 8 tables made for slow service, which I didn’t have a problem with. Guy seemed like he was doing the best he could and we weren’t in a rush. Ordered drinks and food, and when he delivered the drinks them he informed me that the one I wanted wasn’t available, so I ordered a different one. Reminded him when the food came that I didn’t have my drink, and he said it was coming (a draft beer). I’ve eaten all my tots and he shows up to ask if we need anything, and I remind him about the drink. He finally gets it. It wasn’t a huge issue; dude was just busy. The FOOD is where the trouble really was. We paid $112 for what amounted to a $50 meal. The chicken tenders came with a pittance of fries, and the chicken itself seemed like Tyson freezer-section stuff that had been heated in the oven. My chicken cheesesteak was dry and unremarkable, but the tots were fine. Aside from food and drinks, the establishment itself has a dated, rundown feel to it. Like a diner that’s on its last legs. It was sad really, since you could sort of imagine what it had once been. I’ve always enjoyed RT restaurants, but this one was a huge let down. They need to seriously rethink their operations.

Extremely Horrible Receptionist. She was extremely rude. Didn't greet anyone that entered and couldn't keep track of the order of patrons to be seated. She was disrespectful to the elderly patrons, continually rolling her eyes with an attitude and sucking her teeth when asked simple questions. Definitely not someone who should be at the front entrance to welcome guest. Very poor representation of this location in Greenbelt. #3156 in Cipriano Square Shopping Center.

Omg my fiance had a steak at Ruby Tuesday's in Greenbelt Md today, and it was really good. it was cooked just how he like well done but not burnt.This man is very funny about his steaks but he gave big props to the cook Mario. I had the chicken kebab which was very light and delicious no complaints. The management team was very nice as well as the servers we really enjoyed our lunch and look forward to coming back.Thank you for great food and customer service ☺️

I got a ? and ? for $11.99 the burger was good food was hot and 16 wings had a coupon BOGO. The wings was small you only get 8 for $15.49 they must be out of there mind if I didn't have that coupon those wings would had stay at Ruby Tuesday not worth the price NEVER!!? The customer service by the manager who was not on his job like he should have been had to repeat my order three times. He kept asking me if I wanted to order something when I just ordered with him?????? I asked for blue cheese he give me ranch he went to go get the blue cheese and never came back nor did he cash out my check. I'm standing there waiting for 5 minutes until the bartender helps me. Ordered some Buffalo wings few days ago the customer service and wings were so atrocious!!!? The young people working there ignored me until I requested my order they were running around throwing water?on each other ? When I requested my order I was told it wasn't ready so I'm waiting for another 10 minutes until I requested my order again. I now received my wings they are cold that let me know my wings were just sitting back in the kitchen. I asked the young lady who gives my wings how long my wings were sitting in the kitchen?? Her tone was nasty and she also has a nasty attitude. She stated I don't know ? and she walks away. They are still running around playing the water game as I'm leaving. Get wings ? and try to eat the wings they are atrocious. The wings were so salty I had to trash ?them. ? I will never ever step foot in this establishment again and tell all my friends not to order from this Ruby Tuesday ever again.?

Everyone was very personable throughout our dinner experience, from the greeter, to the server. The food and drinks were on point!! We cannot post photos because everything has been devoured!!Vegetarian options: Please offer more vegan options, although what I had was delicious.
